I had the pleasure of dining at Man'ouche in Stellenbosch, which has been on my list for 2 months and I short I have to say it was great. To start I had a milo milkshake which was thick, creamy and was not overly sweet. Though it took a bit longer to arrive then the drinks my companions ordered. I feel it was worth the wait. Although I'm not sure the price is justified. For a starter I ordered the spinach pies as a starter and was pleasantly surprised that is came with a side salad and a sauce to drizzle on top. For the main I ordered the man'ouche flat bread which was loaded with mozzarella feta and tomatoes. The rich mozzarella contrasted well with the tangy sauce that covered the pita. The sauce though tasted a lot like mayo and overwhelmed the flavour profile of the dish The portion sizes were generous and I could not consume the entire meal, though I was famished when I arrived at the restaurant The service was good and our server was attentive and considerate. They actually lit the gas heater upon our request since we were seated outside. The warmth generated by the heater was very effective in keeping us warm on the cold rainy evening in Stellenbosch. We were actually seated outside of the bookshop located to the left of the restaurant. Due to it being a Saturday evening. While seated we did have many pedestrians pass by us, which unfortunately distracted from the dining experience Overall a great place to grab a meal or even just a drink with many options to choose from. You just have to eat here! The staff was very friendly, it was very busy the moment we arrived but we waited inside and after 5min a table was free outside. We ordered the Haloumni, Hummus and the famous manoush of the chef. Be warned the portions are very big. Which is really nice. In the picture you will see half of the chef's manoush. Though there was a lot to eat, the food quality was so good. Would definitely return to this place. Our waiter was Marcus and he was just so friendly and helpful. Thank you Marcus. Phenomenal experience last night for an Anniversary dinner with friends. Food was superb. Huge Menu. Our waiter was awesome too! We will definitely be back! The food was OK (have had better Lebanese food) and they are quite pricy in comparison. The sisha is not worth it, flavors they have are limited (3) and the one we had was bland (watermelon, it’s usually nice), perhaps it was an old packet. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Fantastic food. Sadly we didn't realise that lunch had to be ordered by 235pm. We got there 215pm. So had to order both meal and fondant at once. And had to eat fondant 3 mins after meal, which was a lot at once. However the meal was UNBELIEVABLE. Lovely waittress. Very apologetic about having to get it all at once. Great cappuccino. Dishes glorifying terrorism on the menu as the restaurant offers a "Hizballah rocket salad". When we expressed our displeasure, we were simply told that it was a play on words, as the Hizbullah comes from Lebanon. That is simply tasteless and offending!! Really enjoyed myself atmosphere is amazing which is a perfect place to break bread with friends amazing portion size totally worth it .
