Stopped in for lunch on our monthly shopping trip to Lewiston. We have wanted to try this place for a while. Can't say enough good things about our visit. The server Todd was wonderful, and made me the best bloody mary I've ever had! Don't ever get rid of that guy! The food was fantastic and you get a lot of it. We got the combo appetizer, my husband got the pho and I got a lunch combo. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. We will be back, thank you! I am a dasher, after waiting for my customers order more than 15 minutes I was explaining how I was losing money... When "Josh" apparently the "owner" got very rude and aggressive body language as he told me he never asked me to wait ! Well JOSH .... if you don't like increasing our business together then stop accepting online delivery orders... This is a great Chinese food spot. The menus are big and heavy full of amazing choices!! My employee got a bowl of soup with her mama chicken dish. That bowl of soup was more like a bucket of soup (see photos). I got the #9 combo everything was great! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I'm from Southwestern Idaho but was in the area for a school trip. The service was great, the waiter was funny and patient with our other couple that took a while to show. Food was great. Through the years we have visited The Mandarin Pine and enjoyed the food. However the last two times I was there in August then again September the food was lacking in flavor and texture. Very bland, nothing special. Next time I’ll just have the soup. My grandkids enjoyed it, I have a more discretionary palette. Wish I could rave about something, but alas! Ordered food to go . When we got it home none of our fried rice had anything in it. Literally nothing but rice. Hadn't eaten there in quite a while. Now I remember why. My wife and I had an awful experience and would never consider returning. Where shall we begin? 1) Both our orders were way too salty! 2) The steamed rice was cold and hard; 3) Please don't use MSG - my wife's face burned up immediately on the way home and she had a headache last night and threw up her dinner.
