Right after seeing Parroquia Catolica de San Jose, come here for a meal. Vegetarian food is good at this place. Perfectly cooked salads, roasted sandwiches and sweet fries can make a strong impression on you. It's time to try tasty yogurt, pudding and French toasts. A place that is very hip and beautiful. I really liked the love to the detail. The bowl was super tasty and healthy. The horchata with coconut and the coffee with plant-based milk were super delicious. The waitress was very nice and helpful. The only criticism are the very high prices, comparable to a big city. Even though they have gluten free items on the menu, the staff is clueless about gluten-free requirements and celiac disease. After a lengthy conversation with the waiter I was able to order the Bruja sandwich with gluten free bread, which is the only sandwich they can make safe for celiacs, but without the pesto that should be on it, and instead of the fries a plain side salad without dressing (they gave me some olive oil, pepper and salt to dress it). They did claim they would prep everything separately, but it's definitely a risk since they really didn't seem to understand the situation of celiacs well. Any celiac needs to evaluate themselves. The taste of the sandwich was very good and the waiter was still friendly enough and service was quick. Prices are rather high for what it is. I would just hope they get some more training on gluten free requirements for the staff. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–300

Delicious food and amazing service! Again they went above and beyond. We had our anniversary breakfast there. Monk fruit as a sugar alternative. Five ⭐️ !!! Excellent experience! Some of the most beautifully presented food I’ve ever seen. And it’s just as delicious as it is beautiful. So many vegan and other healthy options. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and speaks English. The background music almost always makes me feel some nostalgia. From the coffee to the smoothies to the benedicts, it’s hard to go wrong at Mangata.

This place hit the spot. We were looking for a healthy, fresh nutritious meal. The smoothie was delicious (banana, oat milk, avocado) and the salmon salad was well dressed and had fresh veggies. This place’s rating is well earned! Friendly and welcoming staff, 5* food presentation, and very yummy. The Bacon Waffle Eggs Benedict was absolutely incredible, hope they continue to offer it.

Recommended by a friend. Good flavors. The chicken sandwich, soup of the day, and quinoa salad were very good. Berry smoothie was great with no added sugar. Only notes - the mac and cheese sauce tasted like powdered Kraft cheese.

The service and atmosphere are amazing here! A lovely healthy, light breakfast. Many options ranging from sweet to savory. Fresh baked pastries and bread accompany your breakfast along with a small appetizer of yogurt, apricot, and amaranth. If you visit Puerto Morelos, Mangata is a MUST!!!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff!!! I ordered the chilaquiles which had eggs, spinach, and beans- it was delicious!!! My husband ordered the toasted prosciutto with baked tomatoes and asparagus- it was also delicious!!! We would definitely order those again and would highly recommend.
