There’s always issues with orders and as other reviewers have said, do an insufficient service. Placed online order for pickup, only to get a call from the store 2 minutes later informing me that bagels are out of stock. And it was not 1-2 but several varieties were out of stock. So, keep in mind that inventory is not reflected in online order. - extra-small size bagels - expensive than most options around including Whole Foods - felt eating plain bread; no taste or flavor - slow service I would say it is not worth the money. It may be best to spend your money elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went out Saturday morning to get started on errands and considered going to Nudy’s but decided to come here instead so we could get in and out quickly and not spend a bunch of money. Unfortunately, it was not quick and we spent nearly as much as we would have at Nudy’s. Although it wasn’t terribly busy, it took something like 15-20 minutes to order and receive our two bagels. They must have been understaffed based on the excessive wait time and the state of the store. The coffee counter was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well in awhile. The tables were all dirty as well. For $31 and change, we received two lox bagels, two bags of chips and a coffee. We didn’t even eat the chips because we don’t like that kind but there weren’t any other options. We were very disappointed.

For those who follow me know I do enjoy a good bagel. Not very carb friendly but every once in a while. Good bagels are hard to find around this area except for at Manhattan Bagel. Quality service and tasty bagels. Come and enjoy.

Disappointing. Ordered online, picked up, and didn't double check before leaving. Won't do that again. This was supposed to be a toasted bagel, with cream cheese, tomato, and asparagus. Where's the extra $2 worth of veggies? Where's the actual cream cheese? Also, it's not even toasted. What a waste of money. I tried to call the store twice, but no one picked up. I left a voicemail on a very generic sounding voice message, so I doubt we will get a call back. Our other "sausage, egg, cheese" bagel had a paper thin piece of tasteless meat. Will not order from here again!

Been to Manhattan Bagel twice and been let down twice. Ordered the Santa Fe $9 bagel and got this… basically a sausage and egg bagel, for $9. The first time I brought it home before I realised they had it wrong, this time I checked first… Asked the server why I had the wrong bagel, they said they ran out of salsa and the right Santa Fe bagel bun?! Surely you tell a customer before you make an half finished bagel and charge $9?! Shocking customer service

We ordered through Uber Eats. Both bagels were the wrong kind, they left out part of the order. The chicken salad has no taste at all and such a tiny tiny amount actual chicken salad it was barely even noticeable. The tomatoes on the sandwich were soggy and tasted gritty. I would not recommend them to anyone. No taste, can't get the order right, and leaving items out completely.
