We left Maple Street Bistro on a first name basis with everyone present. Such an intimate dining experience. The food was the best I've had in a while. I had the frutti di mar (seafood) and wow! Every bite was as delicious as the first. Commitment to organic ingredients is unmatched in Florence.

Individually prepared for just you by Monika. Quality takes time, so relax and enjoy conversation with your fellow diners. Limited menu and some items may be sold out, but it's a minor inconvenience. Everything is superb. Menu changes frequently, depending on what is currently available. Come hungry as portions are large. Foodies are gonna love it!
