The place is beautiful and the services are as well. I can say that breakfast is the best of the meals. I think it will be my destination every summer. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We stayed at marco polo for 4 days and i have few things that i would like to say . *We were given a room on the first floor facing the pool,the room was clean and tidy and was cleaned every day during our stay,however we were given on hand soap and no shampoo or shower gel so keep that in mind so you can pack your own . * the pool was great, clean, spacious and the animation team is great,maintained a fun atmosphere. *The food was okey,what you would expect in any 4 stars hotel ,however when it comes to waiters at the restaurant , the discrimination was pretty obvious in our case between arabs and Europeans,they were given better service,all their needs were met and they turned a blind eye on many things they did that were obviously against the hotel's rules .obviously we know why but all residents must be treated equally. *Wifi was only useable in the reception and not in the rooms so that was a crowded area all the time . *The beach was amazing,mostly clean but it could use more tideness . Overall our stay was pleasant i hope the marco polo team will work on few things to make it even better . Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I spent 3 days in that hotel i reserved a room for 3 adults (triple room ) but when i reach the hotel they gave me a room with queen bed only same room they give it to my sister who payed for double room only when i went to the reception the supervisor was very very very rude its really not his place to be a supervisor he even dont know how to speak to a client he said we have nothing to do with that _ we dont have extra bed - you can stay or you can leave as you want- if you dont like you can go (i payed for triple room not double ) He ruined my first day i spent the whole day arguing with him Finally they gave us a room with sofa bed then the smell was insupportable i have baby but we tried to hundle it but brcause of the smell we couldnt even sleep it was very strong they change the room for us ee took again all our belonging to another room without elevator so every time up or down i should take the stroller from the stairs on my hands Also in every meal a very long queue for the food Toilet was broken and no toilet pipe i dont know how we are a muslim country after all Price per person TND 100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely amazing, so welcoming and inclusive, spoke every language. Lots of activities in and out of the pool, always friendly and entertaining especially the evenings Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time here at marco polo and would definitely come back again. Kids love it. The Animation team are grafters and make the experience fun and welcoming. Larry and mady especially. There is plenty of food to choose from and a selection for kids for fussy eaters. Entertainment is really good on the evenings. You have your own same table and waiter for your meals. There are loads of activities to plan for the family here too. Would definitely recommend this Hotel 🇹🇳🥰 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
