We have done take out here a few times now, order online and pick up. They are always ready before the time it gives us! Yummy pizza and not a bad price! I have been a loyal customer of Marcos for years but have been very disappointed in their service for the last few months. I have had to return orders or receive credit multiple times for orders not done correctly. I recently ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese at all and the pizza had more cheese than I have ever seen on any pizza. Tonight I ordered a Veggie sub that the first ingredient is supposed to be mushrooms, there were no mushrooms and other toppings like lettuce was missing as well. The sandwich was just over 4.5 inches and it’s supposed to be 6”. It was literally a peace of bread loaded with diced onions, diced bell peppers, 3 thin slices of tomato, and a couple of banana peppers and sub dice which made it soggy. I couldn’t even eat it. I was offered a $10 credit on my account but that does not help me when I’m sitting at home hungry. I always too good after they charge $5 for delivery so the $10 credit isn’t really making up for anything. They will still charge me a delivery fee and more when I get ready to use that credit. The last time this happened it was on Super Bowl Sunday and I being the only Vegan in my home had to watch everyone else eat after my pizza was delivered wrong, that was me tonight eating watermelon after this mess up. I’ve done a take out here twice. Food was ready as promised each of the times. First order bread sticks and wings . Second time large pizza with two toppings. What’s more important is the customer service. They are friendly and professional. I noticed a good just got done delivery pizza and she held the door open for me and hopped in the register to take my order. I was impressed. She took my order and got things going. I am going to have to end our relationship with you Marco. Every time I get pizza from this location it has been bad. I bought your magnifico pizza and a bowl and it was terrible. Everything was very oily and seeped through the boxes. The bowl we ordered wasn’t covered and leaked everywhere. Waisted money ordering from here.

The food is really great, but what drives it home for me are the people. They genuinely care about customer service, which is dwindling rapidly in the food industry. Not here, they are very considerate. I came in during the recent cold front for some hot food for the family. And I felt very welcome. Thank you! Ordered Buffalo Wings with double sauce on 5/13/23 and this is what I got. They were overdone, charred and burnt with hardly any sauce at all! Ordered a pizza there with extra cheese a few days ago and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza at all. I am being charged extra for these items and up to recently have been very satisfied. But, if this continues, Marco's Bedford Texas location will not get any more of my business! Consider checking your order before leaving the premises so this doesn't happen to you! The pizza there is great for just your standard delivery pizza. Ordered a double pepperoni & Pineapple pizza with double sauce and got the one of the most tasteless, dry pizza’s with only a minimum of pepperoni and pineapple toppings and minimal sauce… My experience at this location is always a hit and miss on getting what is ordered!!! Like an idiot, I keep going back ‘cause only a mile from my house but this last order convinced me to go elsewhere….
