I had a delivery order to my house and my beverages were forgotten. my delivery driver Jacob (super kind and cool) had no problem returning to the store to bring it back! He didn’t hesitate have an attitude or anything. He was super apologetic, even though it wasn’t a major issue. food was fine as normal, company definitely needs to keep Jacob on payroll. Ordered online. Took a bit long to arrive (almost an hour). The looks of the pizza was great. Ingredients and taste was good. Due to delivery delay it wasn’t very warm. I do believe this would have been a solid 5 stars. Will try again in a few weeks, but pick it up. Definitely worth another shot. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

My call was answered right away & I received great customer service. The pizza was ready at the pickup time advised. The Mike's Hot Honey Magnifico was delicious!

The manager working today made our food. She made it incorrectly. My husband called and she would not take his word for it. She demanded that he drive across town to bring it back so she could see it. He explained that we live far away and asked if he could send in a pic or something. She would not allow that. She was not willing to rectify this unless we drive across town to bring it back. Very poor customer service today. The staff were talking about being night owls and dropping the f-bomb frequently. The menus were not lit up because apparently they have raised their prices and the menus don’t reflect the new prices. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. I’m not sure I got that but whatever. When my husband asked about it, the manager said, “well, I didn’t charge you extra for it anyway.” When we first started going here when they opened, the owner seemed very nice. She was there every-time we came in. Never had an issue. She wasn’t there today and she has apparently hired some staff that may need some better training on customer service and service recovery. My wife used to be in the pizza business and when the female owner has been there and the young lady there yesterday, the pizza has been fantastic. My wife said she could tell this pizza we ordered yesterday was put together by a woman because it was topped perfectly. Marcos in BC is our go to pizza place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered pizza and bread sticks online at 6:45 pm promised time is 7:15 pm Called atore at 7:34 Woman stated driver should b here anytime now! I asked if they discount for being late…. She asked who i spoke to … said online order…. Woman laughed at me Said oh yah online order…. Well its now 7:40 and still haven’t received our $45 dollar order! WILL NEVER ORDER MARCOS AGAIN! Ordered 2 large and one medium. Received 3 medium pizzas and they were 45 minutes late. I wasn’t really mad about them being late but paying for large pizzas and getting mediums is completely unacceptable. Sad, because we think they are good pizzas but we are done here. Cheated me out of money and wouldn’t make it right! Called in and made an order for 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks and they had a special 1 large 2 topping pizza and cheese bread for $16.99. First i told her i want 1 with pepperoni and the other pepperoni and sausage, she said ok and told me the total was $34.96.i get there to pick it up and she brings me 2 pizzas and 1 cheese bread in which i politely ask about the other cheese bread. she tells me that i didn’t get the deal because i didn’t add another topping i told her all pepperoni was what i said and she told me there was nothing she could do. what i don’t understand is i asked for a manager in which i was told there wasn’t a manager on the clock. but what i can’t understand is if the large 2 topping pizza and breadsticks were $16.99 how was the 1 topping larger no breadstick the same price…very shady place i’d stay farrr away…i love marcos pizza but their customer service was horrible. If you absolutley have to go there i’d get help from an employee named Jake as he tried to help, the other person working was Makayla. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
