The app sucks. I asked for my pizza to be well done. It got to me lukewarm and very far from well done. If you're gonna send it out. Send it out right. I'd be very fine if you would have kept my pizza in the oven for another three minutes rather than sending your driver out on a triple and giving me my pizza "as soon as possible." I know this pizza was in the back of her car and it wasn't even well done. Or cut all the way through for that matter. How about let's hire me from the indeed app and I can run this store at nights. Let's say again, I'd rather wait for your driver to have returned to the store and my pizza sit in the hotbox for another 20 minutes and it be well done than get an uncut not well done pizza. Pizzas great, service not so much. I did curbside pickup due to a sprained ankle but after 20 minutes of waiting when I selected arrived I had to end up going in to get my food. Not to mention the workers just talking and glancing in my direction a few times as I waited at the pickup parking spot. What happened to genuine great service? Please do better Marcos management it’s not difficult to enforce high quality work. I never have a problem with the salads but tonight was the like I ordered from somewhere else altogether. It was skimpy and limp, HIGHLY disappointing especially since my calzone was undercooked too (as usual, but I usually just pop it back in the oven for a little). Can’t do much with a scant limp salad. And to think they don’t use gloves and somebody handled this in the state it’s in and thought it was okay to serve. Tsk tsk. It’s like the quality has diminished over the six plus months I’ve been ordering from here. Im losing faith in these “restaurants”! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

First time my family and I tried Marco’s and it was a complete disappointment. Pizza was terrible crust burnt we also got cheese sticks but no mar. Sauce then to top it off cinnamon sticks were the worst. In a bowl soaked in 2 inches of oil. We were not even able to eat them. Will never go back!! Great service, good food. Orders ready typically 10 to 15 minutes. Delivery and takeout. Got the app, ordered, great discounts, pickup order and this was written on boxes. Never got the cheesy bread.<<<<posted 11 months ago. And yesterday 3/16/23 I went to location to order, never made it inside, employee was cleaning front door with his pants down, underwear showing. Was he also making pizzas?

I believe I was the first order of today, I ordered a XL pep pizza, first off let me say pizza was PHENOMENAL. Perfect temperature perfectly sliced,cooked… when I got there to pick up the gentleman washed his hands before handing me my order… great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
