We have been here several times. One of our favorite spots for pizza. We love the sweet heat pizza. Warmer months has outdoor seating and dog friendly patio. Kind service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our first visit to Mariano's in Pepperell tonight. We were greeted by the hostess and shortly after seating ourselves our waitress arrived to take our order. We started with a dirty martini and an old fashioned. Both were perfect! We ordered a roasted beet salad to split, again, perfect. The dressing was a delicious honey Dijon that added a wonderful zip to the salad. My husband had the Bolognese and I had the Salmon with quinoa, baby spinach, brussel sprouts, tomatoes and a delicious balsamic glaze. We both had a glass of wine with dinner. The service was attentive and friendly. We're so happy with our experience! We will definitely come back to this hidden gem for more! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

From screaming children, lack of seating, extremely long wait time, and burnt food. Would not recommend coming here, would instead recommend going to Dominoes right down the road and buying the $8 pasta bowls that would be higher quality. All the dishes are at least $17 dollars!!! The people near us got burgers and they only got their food when we got our bill. Paying nearly $80 for two people for sub par food? No thank you. We don’t blame our waiter, she was trying her best. There were two waitresses for a nearly full restaurant of hangry people. Management needs to help out, kitchen needs more staff, and food needs to be less burned. So after 12 hours shift working in the ER I ordered dinner from them and I got home I opened the box and the sandwich is burnt!! I ordered pick up and I also tipped them. This is so burnt and we ended up trashing the food.

We have been biking to Pepperell for a while now and just eating snacks on the way. We decided to try something new so we found Mariano's. The service was beyond our expectations! The waitresses were super super nice and cheerful and were really helpful too! The food was did not disappoint either!!!!! Our group ordered a lot - Lobster mac'n cheese, a custom pasta (linguine + bolognese + meatballs), eggplant parm (Melanzane alla Parmigiana) , a pizza (Sweet Heat pizza), and more. The presentation for the food was really nice especially for the Tuscan wings but they tasted so good that they were all gone before I got to take a picture 😂. The other dishes tasted great and looked great as well. However, the one low point of our visit was the pizza. We ordered the Sweet Heat pizza and that pizza replaced the tomato sauce with a garlic oil with a chili honey drizzle. When we ordered it we decided to do less honey drizzle so it wouldn't be too sweet but I guess that wasn't enough because the pizza was unimaginably sweet. In the end, no one really wanted to finish it so we took it home. In summary, great restaurant with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff and great food but the prices were a little bit high for us. Definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back!!

Reasonable prices, delicious food & excellent service in the restaurant. However, service was very slow, which sometimes happens when you are waiting for good food. So, we opted to order take-out instead on our next visit. Long story short, it took about an hour to get our food even though the initial estimate was 20 minutes, then 30 minutes.... Some items were cold while some items were hot. Honestly, I think the forgot about part of our order and had to rush to finish the order after we arrived. Will not return again.

Really enjoyed my dinner. My friend suggested coming here and I’m glad we did! I got a pizza: half cheeseburger, half sweet heat and it was delicious! Both were delicious but the sweet heat pizza was my favorite… unique and definitely something I will come back for again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Food was ok today. More cold than warm. They said 6:00 pm but order was ready at 6:15. Suspect food was not on warming shelves. Not as good as previous visits. Update on 11/10. Second week in a row waited almost 20 minutes longer than time promised. Ok. I get it as they were busy. Cheese pizza was awesome! Garlic knots were hard and stale. Sausage on pizza had no taste. Not sure why. Disappointed tonight. 11/13 - Called and spoke with the manager. She made the problem meal right. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Service: 3

We live in a small town so this on was tough. Italian food is one of my fave cuisines, but this was by far not a great experience. The food seriously lacked in flavor. The noodles were not al dente, the oil and and balsamic for the bread was flavorless (really surprised at that) the spaghetti sauce was sadly bland and my Tuscan Pinini also had no flavor. I left super disappointed and will never return.
