I normally don't do this but I tried calling this morning to get a refund because the food we got last night made my husband and I sick. I know it was the food because my 4 kids ate something different and they were completely fine. I called and explained what the issue was and the man who I spoke with basically said it couldn't have been the food and he wasn't going to give me my money back. Also that he was to busy to talk on the phone about it. $45 Dollars later for one plate, mushrooms and garlic bread. So yes as a fellow person who runs a Business word of advice customer service goes a long way and due to the terrible service I got this morning on the phone I will not be returning. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The prices have gone up but they are comparable to other restaurants. It was an all you can eat buffet. Food was delicious. This was our first visit. We had a bit of a wait on our particular visit, but we were not in a hurry so it wasn’t really relevant. Our server, Alma I believe, was very pleasant and was also doing double duty in the kitchen. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We will definitely return.
