First time here. Came based on 4.4 star rating. Service was excellent. Hostesses were very friendly and quickly found a spot for all 10 of us. We did not have reservations. Our server, Kenton, kept our drinks full. His suggestions for appetizers and main course were spot on. We all had something different and the flavors were great and portions were large. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because mine was cold (mashed potatoes, broccoli ) and our queso (2 separate orders) was barely warm. (I’ve no doubt they would have made it right but they were getting busy so I hated to ask). Overall a great experience and we would definitely go back! I've enjoyed every item that I have tried at this hidden gem. The service has always been great. The food is even better. This time I tried the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. It was zesty but not overwhelming. The pizza is great but my favorite is the BBQ patty melt.... Well worth the messy fingers.. get the house chips. It was clean and the people were kind. My kids loved the corn dog nuggets and the chips and broccoli which is cooked till really soft which is how my kids like it so it was perfect. My husband and I liked the flavor of our burgers but did think they were a bit over cooked. The garlic fries were super yummy and the Brussel sprouts were okay but I normally love sprouts and would order something different next time bc they were just okay. Overall we enjoyed it. Food was pretty good. The kids both gave it 5 stars because they loved the fries. Pulled pork tacos were excellent. Not very impressed with the burger. CCQ was a hit (it's just chips and queso) and I enjoyed the large bar style onion rings. It's an above average food place. I'm glad we stopped. For bar chow, Mason Jar isn't bad at all. I had the chicken fried steak, which was tasty. The cherry limeade was sweet and didn't taste like it had much vodka in it, though it ended up packing a bit of a punch. Overall I greatly enjoyed the experience because the service was friendly and efficient, and the place was quite quiet for a pub. My wife loved the burger here and the sweet potato fries. They have a lot of options on their menu. My kids love the food to. I thought it was alright. I probably just got the unlucky cow meat. Everybody else I ate with all really enjoyed their food. Seems like a good place to take a family. The staff here was exceptional given that we came so close to close.
