I use this particular Maverick station daily for personal use and work use for fuel and food. I spend thousands of dollars monthly here. I have steadily watched the stores service, cleanliness as well as a lack of food and goods on the shelf. The coffee machine are out of order constantly as well as the creamer dispensers. Common goods are usually out of stock. Breakfast is usually lower in quality lately, often times it is non existent like this morning. This was not due to being sold out. There was just no one making breakfast to go ( borritos, breakfast sandwiches ). I can’t imagine the lost business due to the laziness and lack of preparation when ordering goods for the store. There are friendly attendants at the registers but after times they are no where to be found. Me, my family and business are extremely disappointed in this store that used to be so great for this side of town. We will be looking for a new place to take our business.

Was very disappointed with this store today. We stop here everytime we come to Casper. Today it was exceptionally dirty with one checker. Trash on the counter, so if there would have been another cashier they couldn't have opened another register without cleaning off all the trash, trash can behind counter was running over. Cartons of cigarettes on the floor. Floors in front of soda machines needed moped. Cups needed stocked, lids were all over the counters, and lids needed stocked as well. Counter needed a good cleaning. There was a truck load of freight in the middle of the isle by the soda fountain that should have been put in the back. I gave it two stars because the women's bath was clean. I did get pictures of all the mess.

Let just start off by saying a couple weeks ago my fiancé went in to pay for some gas and the cashier was no where to be found until he looked over the counter and he was overdosing on some type of drugs and the ambulance had to be called… also tonight I went in and got a chef salad every night usually they are wonderful but tonight not so much the guy that was making them was rude he also didn’t cut any of the lettuce he put 3 full sized pieces of lettuce on the bottom the tail end of the boiled egg and a bunch of cheese… I couldn’t even mix my salad.

Usually a great gas station, but was in early in the morning hours before plowing snow to stock up on beverages and snacks. The only employee working absolutely Reeked of alcohol, bad enough i knew it was fireball he had been drinking. Couldn’t understand a word he was saying, fell into the counter, couldn’t ring me up properly. I’m not one to usually complain, but this was by far the worst shape I’ve ever seen a cashier in, and that goes for all stores, and my entire life. He needs to be fired. Otherwise it’s usually a fantastic gas station with good burritos and service. I feel bad for leaving a 1 star review over one person, but this experience definitely justifies it.

Commercial drivers avoid this place because there is not room to be parked out of the way very well with a full size semi and you are very unwelcome with best efforts to get out of the way. After fueling I pulled off the fuel island and parked briefly on the side where the RV dump is but not blocking the RV dump and pulled forward as far as I could but not block the driveway and not even 1 minute after maneuvering before I was getting cursed at endlessly and threatened by a angry local for blocking the RV dump that escalated very quickly to where I had to call the police to get him to stop. Police had me park on the shoulder of the road right in front of a no parking sign that I pointed out for the final couple minutes before I left. A tight parking lot is not technically a problem if we work together but apparently working together is not possible at this location and there is not room to be out of the way. There is a similar fuel price about a mile away just to the northeast that you will be very welcome at. I have their Maverick adventure card and have been to many mavericks and have never experienced something like this; very extreme. Avoid.

The guy in the kitchen DOES NOT BELONG IN THE KITCHEN, put that guy anywhere else besides the kitchen, he has no clue on how to prepare food. Definitely will not buy a plate from there whenever he is attending the kitchen. TEACH ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO PREPARE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!! I traveled all the way from other side of town just to eat from maverick because the food is good but when employees like this are working is just a turn around and go eat somewhere else. Waste of time and money for the customer as for maverick too

I try to use the maverick in mills, wy as often as possible, it has been my daily routine for at least 4 years to stop every morning for a cup of my favorite capachino, but for the past two weeks they can't seem to either keep the machine running or stocked. With a new major truck stop going in a mile away, they better step it up!!

So I’m from a bigger city with giant gas stations and truck stops. I was happy to come across this one. However, this year it’s really gone downhill. Nothing is stocked. Nothing works. The floor is filthy. I’m not sure what’s going on here.

Very friendly staff, very understanding and very cool. I was stuck in a snow storm, with no car (I walked here from my house) and they let me stay here until a friend picked me up. The staff is very welcoming.
