Galleria Nicolas is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this restaurant after long walks. Try something unusual from the Filipino cuisine. You can try good fried chicken, tofu and spring rolls. Delicious ice tea is among the most often ordered drinks at Max's Restaurant. 2 yrs ago: Good food but slow service. The dining staff were not attentive to customer needs. June 2022: Customer service improved but the portion size of the chicken and fresh lumpia shrunk dramatically. The half order of the regular sized chicken looks like a spring chicken. It's way too small for the price. It's not even worth it. And the green mango shake looks unappetizing. It has big chunks of green mangoes, it wasn't smooth. So disappointing ☹️

Had a very filling dinner at Max's last night. The fried chicken was really sarap to the bones and perfect with the sizzling tofu. Of course, the adobo ribs also tasted good but you really need rice for that, and I don't really eat rice anymore. The beef salpicao was equally delicious and I think I can eat this better sans rice. Overall, it was a wonderful meal.

For the best SARAP TO THE BONES chicken - MAX’S. Since 1945, MAX’s is the place to go to for CHICKEN TREAT. Great for big parties or for party for two. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Not recommended for events. Their team leader wasnt accommodating and welcoming. He wasnt doing the requests from guests. Service was slow. sequence of food serving wasnt followed either (Soup was served last!!) Preparation for take-outs took longer than expected.
