Useless useless Useless! They waited until I've paid for my order to tell me they do not have a frappe I wanted. Then I waited in the parking for almost 20mins only for my frappe to be delivered leisurely with no sense of urgency. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

McDonald's disappointed me this time .me and my dad wanted to surprise my mother with mcflavor fries since my Mother love those fries but they were not fresh at all I have never experienced this kind of food from MacDonald please fix your mistakes . -: Freshly renovated! Decent view of the busy street near Middestad mall. You will usually find a lot of students but it's a perfect place to chill on minimal budget and still enjoy! Definite recommendation!

I used to have an awesome customer experience before, compared to my two recent visits with family. The staff is rude, please consider replacing them with new ones. We are tired of being treated like idiots, even when we pay for food. In two occasions, my boys Happy Meals were served without toys. Mind you we go there for Happy Meals and toys! But the take-aways did not have the toys. The staff does not want to give out paper bags for Happy Meals, even if we are a big family. Please consider getting bigger papger bags for Happy Meals because some of us walk from the mall to CBD McDonalds. Fix this!!!
