Ordered a happy meal takeaway. Got home only to find out that, instead of Sprite, the cup was filled with normal water!!! There was no straw either. Today I ordered 3 meals for takeout, we received the wrong order for two of the burgers. All 4 of the cool drinks had no fizz and was flat. This was very disappointing given that I previously used to receive good service and food from this outlet. This isn't the first time that I received poor service, last week I had to query my order after waiting 30 minutes only to find out they had missed my order. After a late night out ,we decided to use this 24 hour drive through service around 2.40am.i ordered " iced coffee " but according to the lady taking the orders,that item was not an available item during the early morning hours,I requested a chillicheese burger but that was out of stock as it so often is (and not only at this branch but also the Northdale branch..) A very popular item on the menu ,as I have gathered from conversations with friends and family, it is concerning that management has not picked up on this item more often than not being out of stock. We did leave with a Cajun meal and a cheeseburger beef meal..although tasty with no complaints on the quality of the food,I was sad about not getting the items I initially set out to get. I ordered on UberEats, and unfortunately did not receive my complete order. This was refunded by UberEats, but I must comment on the presentation on the burger I also ordered. It came in a torn packet and was completely falling apart. Why was it not packed in a box, perhaps? Quite disappointed at the poor presentation of the burger and the lack of supervision when packing orders :( I usually receive good service from this branch.
