Let me tell you, the view of the McDonald's Ayala Cresendo from outside is pretty. *Parking Space - Wide enough to accommodate a number of cars. You can park your all-terrain vehicle or off-road car and still get a space for others. *Location - Not recommended for commuters due to low number of PUVs passing by. From Luisita to McDo Cresendo, it will cost you Php80 💸💸💸 from abusive tricycle drivers. I'm not sure tho if that has been raised by locals to their LGU. *Ambience/Atmosphere - If there is a score of ZERO Star then I'd use that. FLIES ARE EVERYWHERE!!! Am I really at McDonald's? or maybe sa PALENGKE FRESH MEAT and FISH section. 🪰🪰🪰 *McCafé - Yeah, they got McCafé bar where you can buy off the regular menu drinks and food. And, that's a plus, for me. Overall, I see more areas for improvement than the "good side". If they can fix the "swarm of flies"🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰 then I'd probably recommend visiting them. A new great development in Tarlac and whole Central Luzon. Spacious location and the design provides utmost convenience to the customers. A place to stop and get refreshments before entering SCTEX or a nice rest area upon exiting the toll. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Any slower and this team would be in reverse! How is it that it takes 24 minutes to get a meal to go? Food is sat there whilst customers are waiting. Flies over the food because the wait is so long. Ridiculous Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Flies are present at the claiming area. I called the attention of the crew about this. My first orders are timely given however, one order was not given immediately. I have to call the attention of the manager. The manager trainee attended my concern. If the food that I ordered was given by the manager in 5 minutes, why the heck do I need to wait for 20-25 minutes for a double cheese burger? This is the first time that I complained about Mcdo. Cold fries and dry burgers. AC is off on a weekday just because they have a few customers. Staffs refuse to give free gravy refill just because it's not eaten inside. We literally had to eat in the car right outside because of how hot it is to dine in. Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1

Had to wait 35mins for just 2 cups of coffee via drive thru. Followed up after 15mins at the counter but to no avail—the crew were just acting like they didn't notice us. By the time our supposedly hot coffee arrived, they were served lukewarm. We went away since they had very poor customer service at the get-go, so there was no point complaining.
