The drive through and parking lot are extremely poorly designed leading to heavy congestion and jams. After ordering I waited 25min for my meal which turned out to be completely wrong. However, after calling the store Stephanie? was polite and professional, quickly identified the issue and sent out some vouchers. So I can't stay mad. Visit Thursday 4/1/24 approx 8pm dine in Ordered 2 burgers and fries. Fries were only just warm. Took them back to the counter and requested more. Staff did not comment or seem too concerned just replaced them. Those also just warm. How does this get resolved? There were too many delays at the drive-through, as each car appeared to order a coffee, which took 5 minutes each. I had ordered 2x large milkshakes I asked staff why they weren't asked to pull over and wait, to be told, "They couldn't do that. That was the managers role." I asked them to tell their manager customers were getting frustrated with the unnecessary delay. Visited twice in the same week. Staff were super busy Plenty of staff working All looked focused on their orders Friendly service Clean facility Paper needed in machines for orders to ensure correct customers for correct orders and people were forgetting their orders, staff were relying on customers to walk up to grab their orders. First round - missing an item Second round - wrong item Third round - made incorrectly Fourth round? Hope not. Got home without checking the other food - my fault - and found my burger had no extras I paid for and had the salad still. Being allergic to tomatoes is the reason I order no salad - I shouldn’t have to disclose this information for McDonald’s to honor my order. In fact it’s only princess streeet that hasn’t honored it. Went inside to order as drive through line was so long and moving so slowly. Restaurant tables were dirty hand many had packaging still on them and the wait for food was over 15mins.
