Many visitors come here to try tasty chicken sandwiches and nicely cooked monkfish. Clients don't highly appreciate ice cream and frappes at this fast food. Food delivery is a big advantage of McDonald's. Many reviewers point out that the staff is friendly here. Unprofessional service is something that people don't like at this place. When you enter this place, you feel the nice atmosphere. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

If I could give it a zero I would!! Very disappointed I ordered two spices with NO MAYO and I checked they even tagged it as. Special order and when I got home They were smothered inside and out of just Mayo!! Like they deliberately made it as a joke!! I took off the mayo as much as I could but I just couldn't eat them 🤢 I just saw a bunch of teens playing around maybe Get them to do their job correctly!! The food is good. Nothing too outstanding, but they lack consistency when it comes to orders from the drive thru and take out. I have never had a worse wait time or lack of organization in my life!!! I arrived 8:55p.m. for a door dash pick up by 9:08. They didn't get my order completed until 9:47!!!. They first screwed up and accidentally said it was done when it wasn't. Then when I asked the employee she realized I was waiting a half hour+ and she was trying to finish bagging my order when the mgr. Makes her stop and start a different order that she wanted her to work on. I asked the mgr. Please let her finish bagging my order that I have been waiting 45 min for already!!! The night mgr. Whoever was there at 9p.m. should not be managing at all. I'm a department mgr. For my day job and I have never seen lack of organization and re working, constantly re-bagging orders. Forgetting what they already bagged and have to pull the order back out just to open up the burger to see what's on it and constantly doing that again and again. Owner of this franchise or Store mgr. Watch the video between 9p.m. and 10p.m. front counter. Mgr. Yelling at employee angrily, employee yelling back angrily where every customer in the lobby could here. I swear it's always a problem coming here at night. Before her it was the blond lady that was even worse. Please fix the mgr issue and lack of customer service and food service late night. Please???? Everytime i go to this location they push me to the reserved drive through spot. No matter how big or small my order is. No matter how busy the line is. They've pushed me when all I've ordered is a coffee. Just give me the order at the window. The line was massive today but it moved quickly. The order taker did not give the usual greeting of welcome to McDonald’s can I take your order. He just said order. The food came quick. The lady handing out the food did me a solid and cut the straw for my son’s chocolate milk in the size I requested. I did have things missing on my order. I had to go back and have them fix my order which they did quickly.

Usually love going to this McDonald’s ( I skip over other ones to go to this one) but tonight I was so disappointed. They switched my normal chicken sandwich for a Spicey chicken. Then they forgot the chicken nuggets on the order. The fries were half full and cold. When I got my food and went to fill up the drinks for the to go order, the drink station was disgusting… ketchup smeared everywhere. Soggy napkins all over the counter and barely any lids for the drinks. Just overall disgusted and disappointed. It's McDonald's, so my standards aren't really that high and this location has usually been solid. I don't know if it's a specific employee or a location thing but twice now I've ordered an M&M McFlurry, they try to hand me an Oreo McFlurry. I (politely) ask for what I ordered. They then scoop off the icecream on top, put enough fresh icecream to cover the Oreo underneath, sprinkle some M&Ms on it and hand it back. I don't want to dig through it in the drive through so it's not until I get home that I realize they've given me some Frankenstein mix. They also don't mix them even when they are correct, so...what? It feels like more effort to disguise that it was made with Oreo than to just remake it. This last time my wife ordered a strawberry shake and about an inch of the bottom of her shake is chocolate syrup. I get it, fast food sucks and people are rude, but c'mon. I am begging y'all to at the very least switch out the cups when something gets messed up between the order window and handing it over. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I like to get breakfast here a lot as I work nightshift. However, I had the night off, so I decided to go to McDonald's at 11pm on a friday night. I ordered my food and when I got to the first window there was a 2 women. One who was clearly new and training as she was unfamiliar with the screen used to enter orders. The other woman had on a blue button-up shirt and was training this woman. The Trainer was speaking to the woman in a condescending manner, even rolling her eyes as she reminded the trainee what buttons to press. It was borderline bullying. I was treated that way once before, and I remember how awful it felt, so it brought tears to my eyes. No one should ever be treated like that. This establishment rarely has qualified staff to take orders, 1 hour ago today a girl couldn't take my order and couldn't do something as simple as hand it to me at the window, she was rude when I asked for capsu and she gave me 2 for 5 sandwiches , I asked him for more and he threw them at me and he said they were enough and he slammed the window shut.
