At this fast food, clients may try nicely cooked fish sandwiches, sausage & eggs and fish. Good coffee or great ice tea will make your meal better and you'll surely come back. Guests don't like muffins at McDonald's. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The spectacular atmosphere is to be found here. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

A while ago they had staffing issues just like everybody but as of 2024 the crew in there moves really quick are super sweet and their hot. The past 2 times I’ve gone through the drive through, they’ve gotten my order wrong. 1st time they forgot my fries entirely, 2nd time I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, deluxe with bacon, and what I got was a double hamburger with onions and pickles. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no cheese, and no sauce. The burgers are also generally stacked very poorly with the patties halfway out of the buns right out of the box. This place is awful. We called because this place can't follow simple instructions esp when it's containing a food allergy. They were told multiple times about the allergy and proceeded to ignore the fact. Their night manager called my husband uneducated because he was upset about the fact that they can't follow simple instructions. It's dangerous to ignore food allergies. Period and their manager needs to be reprimanded.

Forgot to give us some of our food, got it. Then realized after leaving they added onion to a no onion order (even though it wa slabeled that way). McDonald's employees everywhere, please slow down and double check. Drive thru people check your stuff. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This location needs serious help! I was 2nd at the drive-thru when I pulled in, ordered a 1/4lb meal. Was told to pull off, meanwhile 5 cars behind me pulled up, got their meals and left. When I finally got mine...no fries. Walked into restaurant and it was packed with employees, including two that looked like upper management. Ordered food via the mobile App at 10:15am. Arrived to be told I had arrived moments after 10:31, so couldn’t get part of the breakfast food (despite paying for it). I had to sacrifice some of the items and pay FULL price (2 for 1 in app) AGAIN, and was told I would get a refund on the first order. 2 weeks later, nothing still. Contacted McDonald’s customer service and was told they passed a message over to THIS McDonald’s and still haven’t had my money back. Good stuff! Slow. I don't understand how fast food that has been operating since 1940 or so don't have it don't to a science on how to get food out fast. At 6 you would think that they were prepared for the breakfast rush that happens every single day. The restaurant is very clean, it's hit or miss if the workers are in a good mood. They could work on friendliness with customers. Other than that the food was good.

Today I was NOT happy with my food. I only ordered 1 double bacon burger 🍔 There was 1 piece of bacon and the rest were small chunks that clearly didn't effectively cover the bun. Do better Mickey Ds on Front Street in Traverse City. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
