This location is usually ok, better than the one by Edgewater. The drive thru sometimes takes a long time to ask for your order but it’s worth it for the food usually seeming fresher. The drive thru lady was friendly. But I don’t understand how you could put a bun so obviously covered in black dust in a box to be served to a customer. I hope they clean and resolve this issue since they are usually a good option. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4

It's very difficult to support a company (regardless of who owns the franchise) that funds genocidal activity. McDonald's in general is guilty of many crimes against humanity such as forced child labor and adding known carcinogens into the food they so proudly serve. Service was great though. Whoever the lady is that was working on 12/19/23 at 810pm at the counter in a light blue shirt was rude.(Jennie) I told her I had issues with the Kiosk it wouldn't let me customize. She got angry with me. We will not return. I have children that didn't need to hear her yelling over something so simple. 10/10 would not recommend her or going there. First, I pulled up to the store so I could go inside to order. The sign on the door said the dining room was open till 11:00 pm. I was there at 9:00 pm. The door was locked. I prefer going inside to order because I don't like ordering through a speaker. I prefer seeing the person I'm talking to. I went through the drive thru when I pulled up to the window to pay, I asked why they didn't have a sign on the door that the dining room was closed. Their answer was, "Nobody would read it." I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese, as you can see on the receipt. There were 2 slices of cheese on the quarter pounder. Both sandwiches were cold, and the fries were cold. I live less than a block from this particular location. So if the food had been hot when I got it, it would have been hot when I got home. I would have told the person at the window that the food was cold when I checked the order before I left but I was afraid that they would do something to my food if I asked for them to replace it with hot food. We just left this location and there was one car at the window when we arrived. It took 9 minutes for someone to ask for our order (a happy meal...a 6 piece nugget.. small fry.. plain hamburger) the employee was terribly rude. The fries were cold and the hamburger was dressed. They weren't busy..I understand mistakes happening when it's slammed but this was terrible service for no reason. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The original "crispy" Classic Chicken Sandwich was freshly made and hot and crispy as were the fries-worth the 15 minute wait in drive-thru even though we were the only vehicle in the double drive-thru when we arrived. WUWT? Ordering a double hamburger WITHOUT cheese probably contributed to wait time also, but it too was fresh/hot. Drinks served promptly so we had during wait, but sadly, no napkins, no ketchup as we drove off and failed to specifically ask for ketchup...but NO Napkins??? Come on, now! And to retrieve those items would either have required getting out and going in, or circling and now waiting in line at a busy double drive-thru. McD's almost made good marks, but there always seems to be something about a visit that detracts. If you don't get hot fresh fries, forget about them--they turn into limp cardboard... This visit, the food hit the mark-worth the wait. Shame they cannot get it all together in one visit. *Management contacted me. The woman I spoke with was extremely nice and personable. The bad service lay completely on the shoulders of the employees. Unfortunately the times we live in employees with proper work ethic are very hard to find.* Possibly, the worst McDonald's drive thru in America. I'm new to the area and I've given this particular McDonald's many chances, this being the last. There were only two cars ahead of me yet, and I timed it 12 minutes before someone finaly took my order, which was an app order to begin with. Then another 8 mins until I recieved my order. Had it not been for the fact that I had already paid thru the app I would have driven away like the many cars behind me did. Not only did I have to wait an unnecessarily long time but to make matters worst, as the picture shows The Big Mac t I ordered was made incorrectly. Hey but at least I got to watch the employees playing on their cellphones. 1 all beef patty, special sauce, no pickles, no onions , tons of lettuce on a sesame seed bun. This place is managed by the most incompetent people. The parking lot is full of trash. The dining room and kitchen has always been disgusting. And now it’s drive through only because of remodeling. Lol. Hope you like construction debris in your food. Can’t wait until AI and automation takes these jobs. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came to the drive through at 10:50am this morning. The lady taking the order was just un available for about 10 minutes than very short with us. I'm in line here now. As you can see there's no one ahead of the mics, but the cars behind it are lined up to Cowan rd almost, that seems to be their new norm. Idk what's going on with this store lately. Quality of service has gone down at night considerably. It takes more than 7 minutes for the staff to acknowledge each person - during my wait here, the line has built up and cleared completely from people tired of waiting two times..On top of that, the order is wrong half of the time..This store really needs to step it up
