It's time to try perfectly cooked hot sandwiches. A lot of people point out that biscuits are tasty. This place is famous for great lemonade or delicious frappes. The gracious staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this fast food. Nice service is something visitors appreciate here. Most of the time, McDonald's provides you with the quiet atmosphere. But many clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I mean I went to the restroom and I came out dirtier. It was disgusting. I had a hard time washing my hands and not touching more dirt. It was so dirty under the sink. The hand washing machine backboard was never cleaned. The floor was a mess. The trash cans seem like they have never been emptied this side of the century, and the smell was so bad that if NASA would find it out this is what it smelled like they would conduct space walk simulations in stall #1. Like no need million dollars funds to replicate space and the Mars. Hell nah son. Go to McDonald's walk in there and you'll find the leak in that space suite. My God clean the flippin place. Slowest McDonald's since 1955. Even if you order ahead your food isn't ready. If you order there you end up sitting in the dining room waiting for meal. I ordered a quarter pounder combo and a diet coke. The person handing the food gave me someone else's order. I handed it back and she finally gave me my order. I used my most polite customer service voice to your employee to say thank you, and in return I got an eye roll with my "your welcome" from an aggressive middle aged lady. It's so hard to understand how this store can't meet McDonald's basement level expectations of their staff. It's like you only hire extremely rude people who are proud to uphold their language barrier. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was alright, but needs better customer service. I was having problems with the app and no one would even look at the app or help me. Your cashier stated she never used the app, and when I went to grab my food and I asked another question about it, they literally sat there with my food and drink trying to just get me out of their drive through. For a billion dollar corporation I think it's crazy you couldn't help with a lousy 30% off deal. You should train your employees on how to use the app just in case people have questions. I think it's funny how they just smile and are like, "we can't help you, but have a nice day." What's even more hilarious is that these customer service reps think they should get a raise or for the lousy workmanship they provide. This is a great job to learn customer service skills and this particular McDonalds does not provide that. What a shame. the sweetest women work here they go ABOVE AND BEYOND for there customers always so caring and positive even when they are swamped I truly believe these amazing women run this place and bring in regulars thanks for the great customer service ladies I always appreciate it!!! We went through the drive-through on Jan 4th at 845pm at the McDonald's on Harmony and 287 CO. We were sent to stall #1, one after another were sent to the 2ed, 3rd, and 4th stall. When we got our food it was so gross. Frys were soggy, oily and cold. My big Mac was a mess after asking for less Mac sauce. Our food was under cook and not hot. If I could I'd give 0 stars. First off they had my order mixed up and they was acting as if I never ordered my food. 2nd when I finally got my food they didn't have everything I ordered. 3rd The large fries box was literally a small.
