I went about 15 minutes ago checked my food they forgot one chicken sandwich we had to wait for the sandwich they forgot. Got home and my daughters hot and spicy had no chicken patty! I have gone to this location for years and have never had a problem with the food. Well today I got lunch, went home, took a bite out of my sandwich and the bottom bun was covered in mold GROSS!! I don't know who was in charge of quality control this morning but was not expecting an extra organism on my meal ... please do better quality control! Is there ever a bad time to not whip around the drive through and grab a Diet Coke? We use the app to order and get points for enjoying the best sodas out there! Always perfection. Always fast and easy. A lot of the time, the sodas are free using points. Also, wherever you are, there is usually a McDonald’s within a few blocks or a mile. Typical McDonald's drive thru... same food as every other location... the difference is here,I go here often in the morning and the girls working the window remember me every single time and are so incredibly friendly and just all around nice people! It brightens my day when they are at the window when I fill up... makes the start of the day that much more pleasant ❤️(Wish I knew thier names so they would get credit for this positive review!) The workers were very rude and disrespectful. They assumed that I was not bilingual and called me stupid/ dumb in 5 different way when they are the ones who messed up my order. This McDonald's has a prison cafeteria feel to it. No drink dispenser, no napkin dispensers, no condiments. Food had a subpar flavor for some reason. The service was good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

A couple of burgers were missing, drive- thru. The wife may have had food poisoning from a quarter pounder she got. She was sick a few hours after eating it all through the night. Nobody else got sick though, not entirely sure because she was the only one. I emailed the complaint email address on the receipt. No response.
