Leave it up to these people to never get A SINGLE ORDER CORRECTLY! I stopped coming to this McDonald’s for that same reason, after 5 months I decided to give it another try. To them Lite Ice = Let’s put a lot of ice To them No pickle means = Let’s put pickles regardless even tho the ticket clearly says NO PICKLE AND THEN THEY WANT A RAISE, learn how to read first or you’ll be flipping hamburgers for the rest of your life. This McDonald's has the best staff both morning and evening. Very dedicated to the quality of the food and service as well as care of the customers. I went today, 12/23/23, and I can honestly say this was the worst service. My food took 45 mins to get and it was cold. I told the supervisor in charge, and she seemed like she didn't care. I ordered the 10 piece nuggets meal, and the nuggets were cold put together, and the fries were cold and extremely salty. I asked for a fresh meal, and I was given an attitude. I was pissed. They messed my order up 100% first I used the kiosk to make my order then i received it an the hash brown I couldn't even bite into. The sandwich was obviously super old. The mcdonalds people/staff are great. I ordered online today at 9am, I parked on mobile order parking #3 and got off to go use the restroom real quick. There was a dude talking out his equipment, such as vacuum and sweepers and a lil more. He got rude with me. Said I can't park there is only for online orders. I told him I did I just need to pee. He shook his hairy head and said you still can't park there if you going in. After that I tried using the door he was using and he rudely did, THE OTHER ONE, THE OTHER ONE. I was just trying to get lil breakfast idk why I had to deal with his bad mood. I'm about to eat my mc griddle now that I got that off my chest. When we picked up our order I was short two drinks. When I tried to show the employee she try to proof me wrong twice. I made her look at receipt than she said she would get other drinks. I was waiting for my order for about 40 minutes and they never gave me anything, I asked the lady and she very rudely told me that she was not going to give me the order because she had already given that order. I waited about 40 minutes just for some potatoes from my daughter and a coffee, what a horror, very bad service and bad manners from the lady. I go twice , in the am and at night for my coffee. The am shift is always on point. That night time shift we always have issues. It's 3 creams and 5 sugars. It's yuk at night. It's just laziness ok that pm shift. Sorry not sorry. I no longer recommend this place and will never be back as it just keeps happening for 2 weeks in a roll. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I pick 1 because 0 is not available. Worker at the window was very rude. Said les then 5 words to me and all were rude. Took my order and made me pull around and watch as she took 6 other orders. 12 minutes later my Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin came out minus the sausage. The muffin was burnt and had a chunk torn out of it. By the time I had seen the error she had gone back in and closed the door. I order the same meal from the McDonalds on I-10 and it is $7.28 every day. She charged me over $8.00. Whataburger is looking better every day.
