Food is good, coffee drink is NOT! I’ve come here three times to get a Caramel Macchiato. Decided to give them another chance since I’m close to them… and highly disappointed on the drink. This is a Mcdonald's you know what this is. But the staff hear do a pretty good job. They tend to be a little overworked as I never see this location anything other than busy even late at night. Went through the drive thru. Had a coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich. I ordered that and a large drink. They made me wait 30 minutes then just brought out 1 sandwich and a drink that was half full. When I ask for the free sandwich, that they had the coupon for. They refused to honor it. Pulled up at 3:30am on March 1 they refused serve me lunch food told me to cancel the uber order I was doing they were only serving breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t start til 4am at this location they just didn’t wanna make the food!

Ordered through the mobile app when I arrived the young lady informed that the frappé machine was being cleaned. I really did want a frappe but I could tell that she felt bad so I took an offer on a coffee wither caramel drizzle.. OMG one of the best coffees I’ve had from McDonald’s! She had amazing customer service and really made me feel like she wanted to help ! I wish I asked her name to make sure she gets credit bc she did amazing !!!!! Everyone was friendly... It was an amazing place to dine in... Depending on how you were dressed... You have to remember you are on the corner of, ya you guessed it... So when you sit down remember your are safe, although as you look out of the windows keep your hands in at all times, no sudden movements, so be prepared for an additional adventure and experience of San Antonio's wildlife... I was spoke to very rudely by Manager Jamie she refused to help me and basically tried to kick me out the store very unprofessional and sadly to say a racist I will be calling corporate in the morning #Store 6555 7/29 Sunday around 2:40pm When I did present another staff with my door dash order the staff agreed to make it right away. The manager then stepped in rudely “we don’t have that order in an aggressive way” When I stated I need to call doordash support because my time and commitment to grab order she then said we don’t have the order not making the Order and I can leave and or go now once again in a rude and abrupt manner. I have anxiety and high blood pressure and due to health concerns I ended my dash to go home to recover from this incident on today I cried because I don’t understand but I definitely feel that I was racially profiled and not helped because of my skin color Service Take out Meal type Lunch Atmosphere: 1

We went for a late dinner with kids and family. We arrived at 9:30p. A cleaning lady was cleaning the kids area. We ate our food in the front area then went to play. The lady told us it was closed. I tried to talk to her but she didn't speak English. I talked to manager and she told us the play area was open. My daughter talked to the cleaning lady in Spanish. But, she turned her back and walked away. The building is remodeled, clean, and has a family restroom in the kids area. Customer service needs improvements.

Great restaurant clean , fast food as it should be. Sometimes you have to wait for cashier's but it isn't longer than 5 minutes Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
