Definitely not coming to this McDonald's again. They forgot a sandwich from my order and they forgot the syrup for the pancakes and hot sauces for my burritos. What's the point of asking if you want sauces if you're not going to put them in. The oatmeal was completely dry. My pancakes looked they they dropped them. Hashbrowns tasted like they were fried in old oil that hasn't been changed for weeks! This location is the worst! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

I just want to say that I spend a good amount of my time on the road, eating road food. The staff at this McDonald's are not only professional, and knowledgeable, they are also kind, good people. I start my day here many times a week, and the staff have started to recognize me, and we exchange pleasantries quite often. Worst cheeseburger ever. So thin it’s almost non-existent. Requested no onions and for only ketchup and one very small slice of pickle on each of the 2 cheeseburgers I ordered. This while they have posters about “best burgers ever” are posted. Won’t be going back to McDonalds again. Food: 1 Service: 3

I ordered on the kiosk, I ordered a large fry, 4pc nuggets, a 6pc happy meal and was the only one in there and waited about 7 minutes for my order for everything to be cold!! Manager was rude and gave an attitude when asked for fresh food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visit this McDonald’s multiple times a week. When David is on duty it has always been the best visit. I am referring to this visit and the hundreds I have had before. Yes the food is great but with David on staff the customer service experience is guaranteed to set the bar for all his staff and other McDonald’s to follow. It is obvious he uplifts everyone around him(staff and customers) with the perfect attitude with an unparalleled work ethic to match. I guess you could say David is the core reason why my family frequents this particular McDonald’s. When we hear his voice over the drive thru speaker we know that we are guaranteed a 100% positive customer experience. And even when it’s busy other is obviously new staff in training that can impact customer service…I guarantee you David never breaks his stride. In summary, McDonald’s could make a movie/documentary/commercial…and all you would have to do is follow David around to show everyone how the perfect customer experience at McDonald’s is done. Because, not only does he communicate eloquently…but his deeds in action speak much louder than words. Thank you David, for the last 3 years since we moved to the area and started visiting this McDonald’s, for setting the example for others to follow and for always making everyone’s day better. Waited about a half an hour to get a door dash order. While waiting, two of the younger employees were playing around throwing wrapped utensils and dipping sauces at each other, and chasing each other through the kitchen like a playground. The manager Sandra basically laughed along with them and did not put any stop to the behavior. It took about 10 minutes for them to even pour the drinks for the order I was waiting for and after 20 minutes the employees finally dropped the fries for the order. Two or three customers were waiting at the counter just for their order to be taken the entire time as well. And the store itself, was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing into the floor with stacks of trays on top. Tables were dirty, despite the fact that the only other people in the store were the employees and the two or three other people waiting to have their orders taken. I went to order food with my mom today, when we got there no one was behind us. But when my mother and I were talking about what we wanted she gave us a attitude while saying "Are you ready YET!!" three times in a row. Then we got up to the window she gave us the wrong order. She was about to charge us 12$ for someone else's order. But then she got it right after a try she told us to go wait so we did. My mother and I waited about 10 minutes, We then got our food on the way home I was eatting my Burger and the pattie was not cooked. Also to add the burger was way to gressy and the box was falling apart. I am not satisfied.

Wow. I am no stranger to McDonald's. I spend a good amount of time on the road so I spend a fair bit of time at the Golden arches over the years. This McDonald's is by far the worst food, Service and overall experience I have had in a while. I am not a fan of the "no refills" policy. Using covid as an excuse to be a cheapskate is a whole new level of petty. The Big Mac I ordered was poorly assembled and cold. The fries were cold and soggy. While I was waiting for our last item, a smoothie, another employee asked what I was waiting on, I said a smoothie, so she asked the employee who was making it if it was ready. The employee snapped back rudely "it's coming!". Afyer this experience, I will never return to ANY McDonald's location as long as I live.
