The first photo happened a few weeks ago but I have received multiple burgers like this also raw meat! How does this even happen? How do you not notice a black bun! I took it back for it to be remade for it to only be burnt exactly the same. I eventually just asked for a raw bun, no apologies or anything though. Today I received another overly cooked bun and burnt/ hard fries! This place repeatedly messes up my order but unfortunately is the closest one to me. The gm needs to focus on quality control. Overall this is the McDonalds I go to because my food is always well done and not cold but they’ve had some issues here and there that I wish wouldn’t happen I’ve seen nasty things in my nuggets and sometimes there undercooked but besides that they are a good McDonalds Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The littles love McD's so we figured we'd make a stop before getting back on the road. We clearly arrived right before their rush hour around 11:30 am on a Sunday. Although the kiosks are there for ordering, the team took our orders at the register. That made ordering for three kids very easy. The food came out quickly and was good. The set up is pretty smart. I love the idea is outlets at the bar area. It's a great way to recharge your belly and your tech. When we left, a crowd was forming inside and in the drive thru. Ordered what is on my receipt. Took about 5 minutes to complete the order. No one notified me that it was ready. Employees were too busy complaining about having to speak to the public and being nice. Kept cussing about wanting to fight everyone that complained about service. One of them even admitted that they have to high to be able to do their job. Manager just agreed with her and laughed. They gave me cold and hot fries together. Big mac was dry like their attitudes. They had time to make it hot and still didn't. Whoever the general manager is he/she need to step in. Used to be our go to, but lately the fries are undercooked and we just received a chicken burger that was rock solid and has hurt my tooth. GETTO. GETTO. GET. TO. Rude, employees CLUELESS. Returned my burger, gave me an ice cold burger with the ingredients slapped on with an obvious attitude along with the ice cold cheese. U have to repeat yourself several times. Idk if they legit can’t hear or totally clueless on the verge of being a potato. It’s not that hard to take orders & make food!!! Get it together!!!! It's McDonald's, but this one is clean, bright, and friendly, Spanish and English speaking and super friendly. Food is always good. Yes, there are good McDonald's, and well, not this good. Maybe it's the friendly staff, maybe how they asked about me getting a senior discounted coffee lol, but I am "Older" and earned it, working over ten years with a badge and gun in Miami in the 80s. . My boyfriend went around ten and ordered the bundle and was informed by cashier that too many people were ordering it so they don’t do it anymore only to be told by another cashier that the first girl was lying and just didn’t wanna work.
