When you enter this place, you notice the peaceful atmosphere. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant McDonald's a high rating.

Food poisoning. Ordered delivery through the McDonald's app. Our double quarter pounders were RAW! Immediately contacted the store and the Manager said we could come back up. We delivered for a reason, so I said we wouldn't be able to come tonight. Over the evening I became sick with food poisoning. Went to urgent care in the morning and received fluids and some meds for the vomiting. We returned the next day to McDonald's with our burgers to let them know that they were serving Raw food. The manager Prince, refused to refund our food! He said we should've came back last night! I contacted McDonald's directly and haven't received any response! So be cautious when ordering from this McDonald's! Unfortunately they're one of the only places open past 9 around here, so that makes them the only option! Id choose elsewhere! I normally come around 2 am since this location is 24 hours and I have an overnight job. Wanted a small amount of food and I ordered a happy meal. I know it doesn’t come with a lot of fries but this worker had a piss poor attitude from the beginning and this is how many fries I got, which were also cold and old, as well as the nuggets. Food was bloody, pink and not cooked correctly, there has been no acceptable resolve dealing with management and will be contacting any necessary parties till the issue is accounted for and resolved. Till then everyone who reads this check your food for raw bloody hamburgers/ meat get the word out contact the news or post your issues, so this doesn't happen to anymore people. Manager is a jerk! I will never return to this McDonald’s. Ordered a meal, paid & did not receive a receipt (ok no big deal). Was given a number plaque & cup for drink. I sat in the dining area expecting to receive my meal, after 10 minutes I went to the counter & found my bag of food sitting on the counter, so what’s the point of the number plaque? I returned the plaque & ask for a new meal since the one I ordered was now cold only to be insulted & ridiculed by the manager, then he walks away as I’m attempting to explain what has just happened. This guy ( manager) needs to find a construction job & get out of the service industry!!! He was a real piece of work ! Waited 30 minutes in the drive through no one came up to me, can see people working inside but never bothered. Cars are lining up behind me and I just left. Edit: went there again today for breakfast and missing a hash brown for a meal order. The workers there are just amazingly bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Overall, I had a very positive experience here! I'm giving them four stars, as opposed to 5, because there were a couple of minor items, here and there, that were a tad out of place. But, I'm happy with the service I received from the manager who was working the front cash register last night. Unfortunately, neither he nor the Latina woman---who's also a manager, presumably---were wearing any name tags. That's another reason why I'm only giving them four stars. Perhaps if they had been wearing name tags, I could have given the store five stars and I could have recognized them...especially him. I'm sure that they intentionally did not have on name tags so that should someone have a complaint against them, they wouldn't be able to use their names. But, I don't have a complaint against them. On the contrary, I wanted to compliment them for wonderful service...especially him. And even though all the tables were not perfectly clean and there were a few items leaving the store a bit debris-ridden in some places, I was pleased for the most part. Even the men's restroom was mostly clean. I'd say for a fast-food restaurant, this is great work! Check out the photos!

When I made a larger order for my family, this McDonald’s forgot multiple of our items. The workers were very lazy and rude. When we called to despite the charges, the staff were very sassy and unhelpful. The staff also forgot to give me receipt completely, which made this situation much more difficult. I would not recommend, especially late at night when their workers are seemingly more cranky and difficult. I had a good experience and the food was hot. Pretty much Hass to be hot when you go there at lunchtime because people are running through the lines but my fish sandwich apparently now only get a half a slice of cheese. I do have pictures of the fish or fillet on the menu and it shows a full slice of cheese on top of the piece of fish to where my slice of cheese or should I say half slice of cheese was down below the patty, as well as only being a half For paying five dollars just for a fish sandwich I think there should be a full slice of cheese on there. I stopped in late the other night and something weird happened. The quarter pounder I ordered came out looking a lot like a smashburger. It was definitely not your normal quarter pounder. The meat was out at least a 1/2 inch all the way around the bun, and it tasted great. I was expecting the usual cardboard tasting burger, but this actually had a nice beefy flavor. I rarely praise McDonalds, but this was a treat. The fries were ice cold, though, but hey, I was still thrilled by the burger.
