Before ordering, it's advisable to check reviews. I placed a mobile order around 7:25 PM, and upon receiving the meal, I discovered it was missing 20 chicken nuggets, lacked any sauces, and had the wrong toy for my child. The restaurant was already closed, so I had to queue up again in the drive-through. The staff provided two boxes of 10 chicken nuggets, but by the time we left, it was already 8:10 PM. Upon reaching home, all the food was cold and dry. Additionally, the chicken nuggets we received after waiting were two boxes of 9 each. Consider going to another place a bit farther away; I order fast food for convenience, and this meal, filled with errors, took our family of four 45 minutes of waiting time. We dined in for breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. But we could not find a clean table anywhere so I had to wipe one down for us. The floors need to be swept and the ladies restroom needed to be cleaned. The Egg McMuffin was just OK. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s. You can do better than that! I don’t know if they need to hire more staff however this particular location is always slow and it’s not like they had a lot of cars in the drive through this afternoon after 3pm. They didn’t even apologize for the wait. It was business as usual for them. That’s why chic fila will always be better than Mcdonalds especially in regards to their customer service and treatment of customers. I was at this location Wednesday October 4th at around 9:08pm, there was a wait at the prompter to communicate my order. The rep apologized about the wait, when I drove towards the first window , there were 3 cars in front of me. I wait d another 10 mins before it was my turn at the drive through window and then I saw all these items display on the counter. You need to do better at this location. They are usually fast but most times the food is not fresh. The buns are hard sometimes. The burgers just taste like they have been sitting out for awhile after being made. This is the 3rd time I bought 10 chx nuggets for my grands and received 9. I even mentioned it to the person taking my order. He said sorry and I STILL received 9. I have 3 toddlers who split these. One short is an issue . I can see this happening 1 time but 3 in the last couple of weeks!!!!!! Service Take out Food: 1

I originally left the wrong review. Update: this McD is usually good when we stop in. On this trip I put in an online order a few minutes before arriving. I pull up and they have no record of my order number. I park and go inside and my order is sitting on the counter all by itself. Fries were barely warm so I asked for replacements. Food was cold, the order (allegedly) wasn't placed, after waiting in line for 30 minutes (I timed it since I've heard horrible things about this particular McDonald's). Drive thru lady finally spoke up after waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker, and told us that there was no order under our name, told us to come into the store, doors were locked, no one answered after knocking pretty loudly for 5 minutes, went back through the drive thru and they FINALLY took the order (which meant that the order WAS in fact placed). The workers (or at least the lady working the second drive thru window) are incredibly unprofessional and aren't putting in nearly as much effort as they should, I get that it's McDonald's but 45 minutes for an order of 3 items is actually insane. The person running the last window, didn’t end the conversation so didn’t know if I got my whole order. No communication at all. She handed me my food and didn’t give me have a good day/ any way of me knowing they gave me all my order. Then when I said is that it. She sounds like she don’t want to be there- I don’t blame her. Also gave me the wrong happy meal. So unhappy kid. Trash all over the ground outside the window. Ordering food wasn’t easy- they had another worker keep cutting into the speaker- 3+ times when trying to order my food. Apple pie was cold. Poor experience over all. I'm disappointed that the service seems to be going down at this location. I ordered two fries for curbside. After 10 minutes of watching the driver thru line almost empty out from being full, I walked in. My order had not even been prepared yet! No apology or explanation given.
