I don't understand how you can use a mobile app and it tells you they have received the code so you pay full price because they don't and put it right the first time. 20.00 an hr huh...not the first time either. I see they didn't want to make fresh coffee at 5:30 pm.

The food you actually get looks NOTHING like the pictures they show on the website. Meat is overcooked and thinner than paper. Nuggets are good, though, always love the nuggets. Very bad/ WORST EVER EXPERIENCE👎👎👎👎 I ordered Mobile app counter I see my order is ready inside when I came; food ordered is VERY COLD due to EVERYONE IGNORES ME including THE ONE IN CASHIER (11/20 Breakfast time) when I asked to get my prepared order. As usual another bad experience here. Food was wrong, had to go back next day to get right order. I wanted to talk to manager, but she couldn't be bothered. The people working are clueless, but yet the are getting 15 dollars an hour! They are not worth 5. They are rude from the manager on down. Food is wrong 90 percent of the time. Last time I ever go there, and will encourage everyone I know never to get there. this is the burger I got the other day from this location in rialto. This is how it came to me.
