I went on Tuesday September 5 2023 around 3:30 and the workers where rude and got pissy about asking about a drink we didn’t get because it wasn’t rung up, but they didn’t even give us a receipt, but she wouldn’t even hear us out just got pissy about us asking about a dollar something soda we had ordered. Another issue was the food, I wanted a 4 piece nugget but couldn’t even eat half of them because they were messed up and looked questionable. Also they wouldn’t scan the 20% off coupon I had, didn’t explain why or if there was another thing I could use just threw the phone back at me and said she can’t use it even tho it was a code on the app. The buns on everything with a bun was hard, and they forgot my sauce. Service horrible in Sunday morning. Ordered standard egg McDuffie, paid the woman at first window, waited then she asked me to pull up past the pickup window and wait. Wai, wait, wait, 5mins guy comes out and hands me my order. No thank you, no explanation, no consideration for my time. Disgusting! The bathroom had ZERO toilet paper in either stall, there was no soap in the dispenser. This is west bloomfield? I've been in cleaner bathrooms in the ghetto of Detroit! Absolutely trash! Considering the way the bathroom looked, I would NEVER eat at this establishment. Atmosphere: 1

So it's fast food and it's McDonald's, they should all be the same. The fries are fresh 8/10 I have visited. The difference is the people. The managers are just fantastic! There is a manager there and her name is Nikki. She is so polite and friendly. She gives exceptional service every time!. Unfortunately Nikki is not at the ordering line anymore or at the paying window or at the pickup window. To the managers please reach out and teach your (younger, kids) staff to be more like you! The younger staff need people skills ASAP and people training!!! They give you nothing but major attitudes and side eyes and my favorite eye roll before you pay. This is bad for business. Gm talking about people being fired as soon as u walk in. There a management person just talking in the lobby doing nothing and helping no one besides complaining to a person sitting in the lobby. I just left this McDonalds not too long ago. First I waited in line for about 10/15 mins before I could even order. After ordering 5 meals for my family I waited another 10 mins before I even received my food. Now I usually don’t complain too much about fast food now a days as I know everyone is short staffed however I had to review tonight because this is just ridiculous. They never have everything that should be on the menu for one ex. Treats and frappes or frozen drinks in the summer but this evening really upset me. When I got home my teenage son showed me something floating in his drink which I had 3 sprites and one large Dr Pepper …and it was a large something. When I took off the top cover and picked whatever it was up and let me say I was disgusted. It was some type of furry solid in the shape of ice like mold had formed in the ice machine! So I checked all our drinks not to mention I had a Dr Pepper so it was not as visible but sure enough I had the same thing. So we just threw them out. I called up there to complain and of course no one answered. I don’t know if they’re not cleaning there machines properly but that’s not my problem. What if I had drank my Dr Pepper or my son had drank his sprite?!… I’m so irritated right now I can’t even explain!!! I’ve attached pics

Today I went through the drive-up window and $42 dollars of food and they missed a meal. Maybe if the worker had a better attitude she would have checked to see if all of my items were in the bag. The sign also day condiments on request only I did they didn't give them to me, do I asked she looked at me so meanly and just gave me some ketchup but no sweet and sour sauce. Wow I drove so far and picked up lunch for everyone and we didn't have all of our items;( I've been calling back to let them know about my order and they won't answer. Horrible manager!!!!!!! Went to the drive thru and they told me I can only do mobile order, so I did that. Went back at 10:50 PM and told me they just took their last car. It says this is a 24 hour location and even if they close at 11 PM this is unacceptable. Service: 1
