Many people visit this fast food to taste nicely cooked cheeseburgers. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve great iced coffee or delicious tea. McDonald's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. When you enter this place, you notice the cozy atmosphere. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

The fries were cold and bland. My kid didn't get a toy! that was the biggest issue and not the first time, but the last. Why get a kids meal if there is no toy?! I went to the door, they were closed but everybody just looked at me even when i waved my receipt and said " I'm missing something from drive thru " ☺ ....👀 the look of their service culture is " you get what you get and don't make a fit ". The line moves quick and the burgers were hot. You all owe my son a 6pc kids meal w/ a toy, no tasteless apples, BBQ, and blue slushy. Don't forget the napkins this time, in fact we would like more than the occasional 1 because sauce gets messy with a 4 year old. Lastly, I don't have a receipt because they never give you one, but I do have my credit purchase. After all this you may as well cover my meal too. These posts take effort and the fries are good 90% of the time, but the service brings the experience down, you don't even want to go in, minimal contact- but then you run the risk of the 10% shifty food in drive thru. I have been here 5 total times. Of those 5 times, 3 times my order was wrong. Not sure how common it is here but all 3 of those times I ordered large fries on their app and received a medium. Double cooked and zero salt. Sucks because it's right across the street from my work and I would frequent this establishment if it weren't so poorly managed. First of all, this is the best Mcdonalds in the area and I mean that. I'm new to the neighborhood and so I'm quite impressed with how consistent the quality and service is at this location, especially compared to other Mcdonalds. I never had any item missing, never a stale fry as everything is always fresh, never had to wait long, and the staff were never rude. Heck, they even place the cheese perfectly in the center too. I never expect much out of fast food, but this has really set my bar higher on what fast food should be, 5/5 for me. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

McDonald's on 81 Broadway in rosbinsda is bad food. Workers walking around not knowing what to do and eating on the job.also the meat is not fully cooked just bad food and service. They won't be in business long. They need to get real cooks that know what a cheeseburger and a Big Mac should taste like so if u want McDonald's go to the one one lyndale close to Brooklyn center. Or if u over south go to the one on lake street they got 5 stars plus it's all black cookies in there there food tastes really good and I'm being 💯💯💯folks. I ordered a number 7 with no onions and they put onions on it sound like people don't use their ears I understand it's rush hour or it's a rush but it's called timing You got all day to prepare the food and get it right because first off the customer don't get it until you're done with it! I'm extremely upset feel disrespected because they asked me what I wanted I told them what I wanted and "not loving it!" On both burgers As the McDonald's slogan goes. Same old same old. I was annoyed to find out we have to pay for sauce which is ridiculous but understandable I guess. Went through the drive thru about 4pm today. Not even a smile or thank you. Then I took one bite of my $10 Luke warm quarter pounder and see it wasn't even half cooked. Apparently this location does not know the difference between a double cheeseburger and a normal cheeseburger. Last couple times I ordered them they gave me single patty burgers. I even emailed them about the issue and they did nothing (not even a response) last night they did it again and I'm done. No point in saying anything because they don't care and it may not seem like much but when I pay more for something I expect to get it. I would find another location to go to because if they are cutting corners on this and don't seem to be interested in correcting or addressing issues it makes me concerned what else they might be cutting corners on. Drive thru experience only this first visit. (8/17) Very efficient service. Had a Southwest salad with chicken and it was nice size and tasty. Update 8/29/18 Ate inside this visit. Nice and clean. Had a burger and fries that were standard McDonald's. Huge line at drive through. It was much faster service inside.
