Eating at this fast food with a pleasant view of The Works will be a positive experience for customers. To taste nicely cooked cheeseburgers and tasty hash browns is a really nice idea. Clients don't like frappes at McDonald's. The staff is said to be efficient here. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. You can pay your attention to the pretty atmosphere. But people rate this spot below average on Google.

I’d like to start off and end by sharing my appreciation for the worker there named Hendricks. He was very bubbly and welcoming at the drive thru. Typically this place is very fast paced (which is understandable) and today I had to wait at the reserved spot for my food. Usually, they give me my food and rush me out. Today, Hendricks handed me food and had the courtesy of asking if there was anything I needed, “More napkins, ketchup, mustard any other sauces?” I was in shock, I asked for ketchup and he said of course. He came back with not the usual 3, but a handful! Thanks Hendricks! You’re amazing customer service made my day! I was there using some of my points. I got a iced coffee, with Carmel. The flavor was pretty blan. Using points it was okay but I wouldn't want to pay out of pocket for it. At that price I would go to Starbucks. But with points I guess I can't complain about the coffee. If I had a complaint, it would really be for McDonald's as a company. The selection of items available with points is very small. The no selection. It's a rewards come now. Also I'd say the "Deal" selection is in need of an upgrade. You are required to have a card to order over half the items. Not everyone has a card to do this with. It drives me crazy. I like their hamburgers but wish they could get their fries to be good again. I don't like the taste of the oil they use these days, and they are rarely hot, rarely crisp. They have the best coke in the world. They clean their soda lines so often, and it shows! The lady who works the early morning drive thru during the week just doesn't care. She's rude and half the time you can tell she doesn't even want to be there. The gentleman who sometimes works in place of her is great. Keep him taking orders. Listen, I'm an 80's kid, I love McDonald's and I don't care what type of propaganda you throw at me. But let me tell you about these guys on Lyndale...I always order ahead from the app (you end up with tons of points to get free stuff) and then I park at the designated curbside spot. They have always brought my food out to me, hot and fresh and the people that have brought them out to me have always been so friendly and they hook you up with condiments. Sometimes when you are looking at a food establishment the best measure of capability and success is how well the establishment does the most simple and basic tasks. Forget the burger not looking anything like the image shown on the menu advertisements in store, this was just plain sloppy and lazy. When a basic staple of the McDonald's menu comes out looking like this, then you are doing several things wrong. This isn't just the front line worker, the management failed too here. Rude emplyoees with zero customer service skills, sense of urgency, or work ethic. Who is the manager clown who hired the entire circus?? The employees there must reflect their management because they just don't care. Do better. I've been to lemonade stands with far better service. Be careful if you cant have cheese at this location. I've ordered no cheese on my hamburgers 3 times and even triple checked asking them and when I got home I had cheede. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This location always has fast service...even when I have modifications to my order. It's never been more than a three to four minute wait for them to run it out to the car. I have always gotten what I ordered...with very few exceptions. Most of the staff here are pretty friendly...and...efficient. It's almost always busy here...no matter the time of day it is. They keep the drive-thru line moving quickly. Service inside is always decent too...with short wait times. They have recently remodeled the inside to have a more 'modern' look. Some of the seating...particularly the bench booths...aren't super comfortable. Good thing there are other seating options. We'll always stop back for a quick bite.
