Nicely cooked monkfish, pies and bacon are the best dishes. You will be served good pancakes. This place is famous for delicious tea. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are fair. Clients like the pleasant atmosphere at McDonald's, they want to come here again and again. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

All I wanted was a water for my daughter and I. I was okay paying for a sauce packet for them both, but the Hispanic back cash person could’ve given me the right change politely. It was my first time at this McDonald’s and man are they rude. The cashier was arguing with me because I just wanted a nickel back (which was my change) instead of Pennies. I thought it was petty and unnecessary to do all of that. And to be handed the waters aggressively, like for what reason? Highly disappointed. Unpleasant experience at McDonald's play area due to manager enforcing unclear rules. Multiple families, including those with children on the autism spectrum, were denied access. Manager's behavior was rude and unhelpful. Lack of name tags and uncooperative response when asking for contact information for reporting to corporate. Left due to discomfort with surveillance threat. To make matters worse, the manager and employees spoke negatively about me in Spanish, unaware that I understood the language due to my Hispanic background. This disrespectful behavior only added to the discomfort. Furthermore, this incident not only left us frustrated but deeply concerned about the lack of sensitivity shown towards families, especially those with children on the autism spectrum. The manager's dismissive attitude and refusal to provide basic information for corporate reporting raise significant doubts about the professionalism and customer care standards upheld by this particular McDonald's branch. Such behavior not only tarnishes the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the overall reputation of the company. It is my sincere hope that McDonald's corporate takes this matter seriously and addresses these issues promptly to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, and that their policies are consistently and fairly enforced. As far as enthusiastic employees, Ian scores first place! An extremely focused & devoted team member to be the one working with the customers to perfect their order. Other than his fantastic involvement in what I would say could be the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, the rest of the staff seemed to work well together during a strange and very busy lunch rush. Store was actually quite clean compared to a lot of other fine dining "burger establishments" I've frequented. Order was correct and made to replicate the original favorites I have grown to love.

The drink station was terrible. Ordering was awkward it looked nice when I walked in but even the service was pushy to say the least and our food was cold and dry definitely do not come here.

I just spent 30 minutes in line to get attitude after they got my order wrong. This McDonald's charges more for everything. Mayo is 40 cents instead of 30, onions are 15 cents instead of free. So if I'm paying extra at this location, why am I getting attitude when you make my order wrong. Update: august 24th, we are going through a very intense heat wave. I asked for water while door dashing and they tried to charge me even tho I literally cannot afford it and was hoping human decency would kick in and I could just have a free water being that it is 95 degrees.
