Disgusting!!! I went there yesterday and my drink came with a large sized bug inside!!!!! The lady proceeded to bring me another drink from the same machine!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! That machine should’ve been put out of service until cleaned out entirely!!! I can guarantee you there piles of bugs in the soda machine!!! And they are still serving people as we speak!!! I will contact the health inspector!! Fricking filthy! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a real bad experience with the Drive Thru couple of months back in the evening. I was asked to park and wait for my Filet-O-Fish orders as they just started to prepare with new filets... I went where I can park and not block the traffic. I was waiting forever but no one came with my orders. I had to go back to Drive Thru in person (as getting into McD wasn't possible, it was closed for some reason). I got my order but really had very rude interaction with the service person. She asked me why I did not park where I was told (if I parked where she asked me, it'd block the Drive Thru and so I did not park there but parked within McD parking area). She also said I can't stand there in Drive Thru but standing there was the only option for me to get my order. No thanks to her but her service was just horrible. I use the drive thru for breakfast, usually just before the changeover to lunch. The food is McDonald's food, if you like it, you like it This location is pretty consistent on the Egg McMuffin. The hash browns are occasionally a bit greasy. The staff is reliably friendly. They have a pretty quick turnaround. They recently renovated inside so I don't know what that's like. Unfortunately, the app often does not work. Nobody seems to know what the problem is. They're pretty good at dealing and you can give codes from the app at the drive thru so okay. The service is much better than the location on rte 4 in before; the prices are a little higher than the one on Middlesex in Burlington. I do like getting emergency fries after grocery shopping. 2 stars because if you’re not getting breakfast, this place usually is on top of their game drive through wise, although they may still park you in a drive through spot. Placed a breakfast order today 10 minutes before breakfast was over, got to the restaurant and they told me they couldn’t make my order. I explained that I placed the order before breakfast was done and asked “you guys dont make your mobile orders when they come in?” They just told me “we can’t make it, you’ll be refunded within the next two hours.” Sounds to me like someone eff’d up making sure there was no more breakfast orders before switching out of breakfast. Highly disappointed.

I'm disappointed by the quality of my food. I know it's McDonalds, and I was looking forward to my burger. Staff was great. Location was clean. Food should not look like this. It appeared it was smashed against something. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

2.79 for a hash brown now? Minimum wage should be abolished. It's 15 an hour now and small and big businesses are struggling to find workers. I have ordered breakfast twice now and for whatever reason I'm told to wait and park while something gets cooked. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Wow. This team cleared their drive thru extremely quick. Super HOT AND FRESH FOOD! Fresh burger and fresh fries. The whole team had a smile on their face and seem like excellent team players! First let me say that I do not routinely enjoy fast food. I was planning on picking up a Happymeal in the drive thru for a five year old. She pleaded to eat inside so I relented. First I would describe the atmosphere of modern McDonald's (compared to the 80s and 90s) as very functional and utterly lacking in any charm. Second if it is going to be that way it better be exceedingly clean and it was not. It was about two steps up from gross. It is literally more fun to eat in your car than go inside. Finally I got two people who plopped down right next to us in this empty seating area who clearly were here because there was no place cheaper where they could exist in the middle of the day and sip coffee. Then they proceeded to loudly "discuss" voter fraud. This pretty much sums up my experience. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
