This was a Door dash order, what a horrible experience! 1st order only received the drinks of a huge family order. I get the first time the dasher (Could have left a bag behind on in car) Second attempt after a reorder of missing food. Only received 50%of that food order. This store needs a manager, So the third attempt and 2.5 hours later, a third order was placed with Burger King. They are a tad more organized and has no problem reading orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have trouble being fully staffed. Food is often cold, very insulting. Mess my order up every other time even though it's correct on the sign. Never see a big boss or owner, never. Do they even care? $4.50 for large fry. Chicken nuggets suck. More than likely fillers and left over chicken parts your dog wouldn't eat. Back in the eighties the nuggets were very good. Not anymore and they are smaller as is the Mcdouble. Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a big Mac, got a lettuce sandwich with one meat patty. Asked for honey mustard, cashier said so sweet and sour, I said again honey mustard, I got sweet and sour. Ordered two cheeseburgers, got no cheeseburgers, and was rudely told to drive around again or go inside. Ordered two large meals got a medium drink with one. I wouldn't have cared about most of the screw ups but to get attitude about my order not being correct is ridiculous. I'd rather get suboxone in my Happ Meal in Auburn.

The atmosphere, was giving so fake, I just watch a manager screaming at one of her employees treating her so poorly, so unprofessional. No one cared to help the employee, almost like they're used to it, and the mangers treat them like this on a daily. Not to mention , this is all happening, infront of customers. I would not want my teen working in this kind of environment. Cooperate really need to rehire and rethink about these managers. This made me so sick she looked so young and for someone to treat them like that , in what should be a friendly family environment, devastated me. I truly think u guys should not eat here, i went to to the employee, and told her no one deserves that, cause no one should . This is so sickening, please someone look into this . I couldn't even eat , from how bad this experience is , I will drop a description of the manager if someone please look into this . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped at the Lewiston, Maine McDonald's. I believe it was on a canal Street, and the young lady that waited on us. Asked if we were both in EMS, we said yes and she would not let us pay for a meals, what a very thoughtful young lady, and we appreciate it very much Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Happy Meal

Is this still fast food? Wouldn’t be able to tell with the last handful of times I’ve been here. The last 3/5 times I have been here they have taken my order incorrectly, all but one of those 5 times did I wait less than 10 minutes for my food and they weren’t even busy. Fries are always cold and soggy, hashbrowns are over cooked, the burgers are so sloppy when made, ketchup all over EVERYTHING. Chicken nuggets are hot but definitely do not taste fresh, like they have been sitting and are just reheated. When not using the drive thru and going inside I have had to wait close to 30 mins for my food and good luck getting the employees to acknowledge you. I could drive to the Lisbon or Topsham McDonalds and drive all the way home to Lewiston and still have better quality and tasting food when this one 5 mins from my house. I have spoken to the owner about an issue prior to yesterday. That was the worst time ever in that facility and I can guarantee I will never go back! I specifically ordered my only item "small fries" Very hot, fresh out of the fryer. They were not, fresh out, they were not even the normal "warm"❗️I could tell as soon as the YOUNG MAN passed me the bag. I said, "These are not even warm!" A woman with a few teeth said (yelled), "They are hot, I'm not going to argue with you"! I said, they are barely warm!" She repeated the first comment, SHOVED THE KID OUT OF HER WAY and slammed the window shut.. Just had the perfect drive-thru experience here. Staff at both windows were kind and courteous, food arrived before I could even put my money away AND it was all correct and fresh. Well done y'all
