McDonalds gets phenomenal business here. Great location to have a McDonald's. Place is always clean and inviting. Employees are friendly and professional, provide excellent service to customers. Ordered a total of 4 cheeseburgers and 2 McChickens with 2 large fries. Had us sitting outside for 20 minutes in curbside before I decided to walk inside myself to see what was taking so long. Saw my order sitting on the counter getting cold while I stood at the counter waiting for someone to realize I was even standing there waiting. Got home 2 minutes later to realize both orders of fries were luke warm and just about cold while they also forgot the cheese on both my McChickens. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience ever. Used the mobile app. No one knew what I had. Even showing my receipt that I paid it was a hassle and I had to drive around again and wait in line. The woman at the second window was incredibly rude and waved me away. Then after it was figured out I had to sit for 7-8 min waiting for my food on the side. Fast food is supposed to be fast. I get it sometimes stuff happens- and honestly if she hadn’t been so rude I wouldn’t be so upset. Good customer service goes a long way. Went to this mcdonalds on center st, auburn me. Order a fish filet sandwich. Mcdonalds has gotten so ridiculously cheap, they now only put 1/2 a slice of cheese on the fish filet. And have no problem charging $5.71 for it. No wonder they have low ratings, besides the service to boot, which is another subject by itself. That's why Wendy's is so busy across the street. Get me once, won't get me twice.

I'm tired of going thru drive thru, then get home and see that I ordered a medium fry but get a small fry on a medium container, then order 2 different sauces to go with your 10 piece and only get 1 sauce. I shouldn't have to check my bag every time because the job isn't rocket science Food: 1 Service: 1

Terrible staff zero out of 10 do not want to experience again. food was moldy and disgusting the workers where yelling slurs and other disrespectful language. all in all I just do not recommend going here I would much rather take my business across the street to Wendy’s.

My daughter's and my burger tonight... I'm 7 months pregnant... took 3 bites and really noticed the texture was weird... I turned my phone light on because it is late.. and get this. I stop my daughter before she takes a bite and she breaks hers in half and same thing... ick not impressed. I'd honestly take an over cooked burger than whatever this is Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Went there with my girlfriend and she ordered a double quarter pounder w/ bacon and it was literally raw! Fries were cold and we both ordered espresso in our machiattos which they put none in 1/2 a star for this restaurant and I will never eat there again Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
