When I walked in I noticed how modern and stylized the restaurant layout is, but it's got so many flies buzzing around! The whole place needs a deep cleaning, but our coffee turned out good. Service was pleasant though it took a bit considering all we ordered was 2 drinks.

I was at register for 30 minutes without being served. Then was told to wait a min someone would be right with me. Another 15 minutes waiting and of watchin employees on their phones, leanin up against counter not doing their job. Finally took my order, and had to wait another 30 min for food to be done, just to be handed the wrong food. Also asked for a coke and recieved a water. Completely wrong Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No restrooms available for dine in..!! That’s probably the lower think that any comercial business can have. Unacceptable and totally out of common sense.! Probably the owner and the managements can’t brings a quality customer service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I got my other wrong 3 TIMES IN A ROW. They were over staffed and had no rush at all during two of these times. I usually don’t write bad reviews on fast food services because I understand that they don’t get payed enough sometimes to deal with obnoxious customers but they broke me on this one. How is it even possible to mess up a normal combo order three times in a row. I 100% recommend you to keep on driving and go to the one in Barceloneta instead. Do not take the risk!

They changed their ordering process...two drive thru you must remember your order#lousy customer service...the food served has a horrible look not close to images on digital board.Donot order crispy chicken nor fish filet bad appearance.Was our favorite place to eat...not any longer...will change.

I don't normally write reviews, but this mcdonalds blew every other one I been to out the water, all the staff where more then just helpful and super friendly, even tho I don't speak much Spanish they worked with me through my order for 18 people. 10/10 would recommend best place and people. Thank yall again!
