Fries where gross some were soggy and others where hard as a rock. I ordered a spicy mcchicken and there was little to no sauce and the chicken was burnt. They were not helping customers but fighting in the kitchen. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow! I was just in there for a DoorDash pickup. One of female employees was yelling and completely rude to one of the cooks. Everyone in the lobby could hear her! She was asking why something was taking so long and he said, I'm sorry, I am doing my best. She yells, I don't need your attitude. I was just asking why it was taking so long. He was completely calm. She was a total witch. How unprofessional! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Never pay in cash in the drive thru. They will quote you one amount then at the pay window will say it's almost double the amount they just said once they see you're paying in cash so they can pocket the money for the drugs they employees are clearly high on. They need to teach their cooks how to prepare food the right way. If you’re going to charge a premium then at least make the food good. One of the worst McDonald’s

It amuses me how people come on to Google to review this location, and proceeds to complain about basic fundamental safety issues like not allowing someone to walk through a drive-thru or bare a trailer through a very thin drive-thru (especially with signs posted). If it's such a pain going up to employees and asking them politely to adjust misprepped food, or going inside because you have a trailer, or because you drive a semi-truck, or the lobby happens to be closed, either don't come here at all or tough-luck and try Carl's Jr. down the road instead of complaining about these circumstances that arent in control of the employees. These employees are clearly hardworking and constantly understaffed, and I appreciate them every time I come here. And even though McDonalds food isn't the best of quality, that's because it's McDonalds, not specifically this one place. Posted hours indicate the dining room is open till 10 p.m. I attempted to visit on 5/28/23 at about 8:40 p.m. All the doors were locked, because who cares about the business from the truck drivers next door at the truck stop. Not a very nice thing to do to blue-collar men and women who could just use a hot meal.

I eat at McDonald's a lot. This one is slower than a packed house McDonald's. Their average time for me was about 5 minutes slower than other ones. This after being here 8 times in the last 30 days. Not vary impressed! I like McDonald's fries but when you pay for a large and get a medium in a large box I'm not happy. For every box they don't fill they sell a second one that way they get double the price. It's like selling a whole gallon of gas and only putting half in the tank. I'd give this particular location a negative rating if I could, staff is rude and obviously doesn't care about how they treat customers, especially those of us that drive truck apparently. Food was cold, and looked like it was literally thrown together without any care that someone was actually paying for it. Would never come back to this location. Ordered a few burgers with slivered onion and a large fry, this is how all my burgers look. No ketchup, barley any onion and may have well been tossed on the floor before being served. My advice fire the entire crew plenty of folks are going to need a job.

Absolute worst fast food place I've been to, it's right by my work so I go there for convenience, the norm is a hockey puck with zero sauce and a terrible wrap job, would recommend eating out of a dumpster first Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
