Gave us really old or dried out meat and when we called about it they tried to tell us it’s cooked all fresh. Then we said it’s not fresh and they insisted it was. It tasted old and felt like it was really dry. Oh and when they remade my food they put pickle and no onions instead of slivered onions and no pickles. Maybe an honest mistake or a petty move idk. But they also refused to give a corporate or whoever owns them phone number. However I called the next day and Pete was more than happy to help and fix everything. seems like this night shift struggles to get orders right i always get simple orders and they either mess up the ingredients or don’t put enough. for example if you get chicken nuggets they will give you the wrong sauce or not enough sauce or just mess up your burger. also i’ve found hair in my food on 2 occasions in the past year right after opening so i know it wasn’t my hair. Food quality and, more specifically, preparation has gone downhill here. Our sandwiches were sloppily and poorly slapped together, with the meat only half on the bread. I realize this is "fast food" - but at least get things stacked up correctly! The fries were only warm, as were our sandwiches. I can't recommend this place now. You order drive through they make you park and wait even when you order ahead. You order curbside you can't even park. Make you go inside and wait 15 min even if you order 45 minutes ahead of time. Usually this place is halfway decent for the drive thru, but I will NEVER eat inside again. We were in the restaurant for over an hour, we had two separate orders. There was NO ONE at the front registers the entire time we were there. And the screen ordering kept glitching. After we finally got our orders in, it took 20 minutes to get 2 sausage biscuits, a bowl of oatmeal, and a coffee. Our second order was just a cup of orange juice, a sweet tea, and a hashbrown, and that took almost 30 minutes to get to us. It was ridiculous. The lobby had multiple people standing around waiting for their food or waiting for help with the kiosks, some of them for almost the entire time we were there. Today I was in the drive thru for about 20 minutes just for large fries, 6 nuggets, a big mac, and a small caramel frappe, we were in the inside lane and only 1 car went through while the outside lane had 4-5 cars. This location never has the limited time items even though they advertise it. When the Mcrib was out I tried on 3 separate occasions to get one and they were out every time. Now I've tried getting the Shamrock shake and they have been out both times I've tried. Very disappointed.

Literally EVERY TIME I order from this location I have to pull up or park in a spot to wait. There was just myself and one other car in the drivethru and they made both of us pull up. This establishment is seriously a JOKE Service: 1

As far as McDonalds goes, they do what they do. Unfortunately this one consistently has an issue with drive thru. Last week I pulled up to the inside lane and they took 2 orders on the outside lane that should have been behind me before they responded to me on the speaker. Today it was only one person. I have learned that they prefer to serve the outside lane for some reason and recently got ahead of two cars who were on the inside lane because the drive thru wasn't responding to them. It's terrible. BK is just down the street and doesn't have this problem. If you really want drive through, go there. If you, like me, love a good big mac then order on the app and park in the pickup spot. They have that process down real good.
