This is the only McDonald's I'd go to in the area. The people here are so much nicer! The food is fresher, no complaints. I've done pickup in the drive thru, pick up at the counter, and curbside- never an issue yet. Never a good experience here. Being my local location I have tried multiple times over the years. It always ends the same. Either the order is made incorrectly, the food is cold, or an item is missing. I've tried going to the manager in charge. I've tried calling the number posted for complaints, and I've tried the online complaint. The management gives attitude and doesn't accept responsibility for the wrong. The posted number I've left a message and never heard back. The online complaint I received a basic response that I will be contacted by that franchise. Weeks later, I am still waiting. I'm done trying with this location! I will not patronage any locations owned by this franchise. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location is the better of the 3 within 15 minutes of my house. Food is right 99% of the time and wait times are generally short. It's McDonald's, their consistent cookie cutter branding doesn't leave much else to say. If you've eaten at one you've had them all. I've always felt cursed going to fast food places, because it never goes the way I'd like it to. However, upon entering this McDonald's, renovated, haven't been in one in a while, I was greeted asked to hang on a moment and then my order was taken. My food came very quickly, I questioned why it was so expensive for a sandwich and hash brown, and realized I should have got the combo. They kindly gave me the combo which was the orange juice I wanted. Everything is hot and fresh. I got what I expected and what I paid for, very happy with this location.
