Place couldn't let my fiance who walked over there order 2 sandwiches for us on my birthday through drive thru. They expected him to walk up to a stranger ordering and sit in there car to order 2 sandwiches and now I am diabetic and not eating on my birthday. This is my first time leaving a review for this McDonald’s. I got a mocha frappe yesterday. Maybe y’all ran out of the cool whip, if not Please switch back to the regular whipped cream. I did not like the new kind, the texture was gross 🤮. I couldn’t even finish it Food: 4

They use to be one of the best McDonald’s around. Have lived in this area my whole life. The past 2 years it has just been going downhill from the food to the staff. Their 3rd shift is horrible can’t get a order right for nothing. Have made complaints even spoke to a manager before and she tried to defend her incompetent staff. There is a male who works 3rd who doesn’t let you order your food without asking is that all after every word you say. They have also had people working at the window who look like they are under the influence. Overall it’s going to💩 Morning shift is great they never mess up the food or serve cold or old food.
