You may be offered such food as tasty hash browns, don't hesitate to try them. Visitors can order good apple pie, sundaes and muffins at this fast food. Clients don't like tea at McDonald's. The staff is said to be professional here. Prices are adequate for the quality you get. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Love this place. But not giving full because they used to be 24/7. No longer. And I wish they served breakfast all day. Some of us work odd hours. The only one that does is on vista in Sparks/Reno. And lastly some McDonald's actually sell bags of ice. It would be awesome if they did, especially in the summer when it's 100+ out in the desert. I work a lot of hours, and being able to grab any food I want plus ice through the drive through would be the bee's knees persay. Everything else at this location ROCKS! I don’t usually leave bad reviews because everyone has bad days but that was the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s before. Not because the woman behind the cashier was rude to me, or because her card reader didn’t work so she sent me to the kiosk, or because she refused to help me find something on the kiosk, but because they served me the nastiest cup of coffee I’ve ever had. It was the thick mud you find at the bottom of an old pot of coffee. I still can’t get the horrible taste out of my mouth! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually a hit and miss. Sometimes their sausage patties are burnt, sometimes the burgers come out cold and the fries stale. But yesterday was a first. Placed an order at the drive thru window. Pulled up to the window paid for my order got my food but was asked to pull up to spot 1 and they would bring out my drink. I am very disappointed in the service. Employees may be friendly, but they don't follow instructions. My coffee looks like it has oil in it. Please improve the food and drink preparation process. We were treated by a friendly lady named Zena who helped us place our order using the screen. Everything was fine until we interacted with the person behind the counter which seems to be a manger called Anna. She has no manners even though all we asked for was a cup of water.
