0/10 stars, avoid at all costs! went at 6 pm on a Friday night, patiently waited 25 minutes for our food to find out they gave it away to someone else. Staff tried to blame us, no apology- we asked for a refund and were told they can't give us one. We were forced to wait an additional 20 minutes for food. Rude and unacceptable across the board. If the owner had any common sense he would fire the manager

0/10 picked up McDonald’s happy meals around 5pm, the guy working was RUDE. Asked for the ketchup and bbq For the happy meals, and said if you order it, it’s in them. If not, you will have to go back through the drive-thru and shut the window and walked away. No sauce in the happy meals and no joke, there was 10 fries in one and 12.5 fires in the other. Everyday if I come to this location before 3 the women manager claimes the frappe machine is broke or is being cleaned never fails but soon as she's gone the machine is just fine, she's very rude my food is always wrong but after 4 when she's gone things are perfect. I can't even call before I waste a trip because no one will answer the phone, this location is the only mcdonalds I have issues with Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This place is absolutely atrocious. The workers are beyond incompetent every time. They oftentimes don’t respond at the window, don’t know how to operate their machine, and will blatantly lie about what they have available. Please go to any other McDonalds along the interstate, especially the one in poynette. This is my usual stop when traveling from MN to IN. First time in years that the food was great, buns were fresh, fries were hot. Asked for a #6 which on the menu showed a fish filet meal, got a 10 McNuggett instead, we were the only people in the restaurant ordering at the time, with that they didn't ask if we wanted any sauce with our nuggets. It was about 8:30 pm coming through. The two workers were cleaning the lobby/restaurant as if closing the restaurant, chairs were up, liquid on floor and table tops. Took the cashier about 5 minutes to take our order. We don't like to use the order screen, we like interacting with people. We ordered ahead on the app, and it took 40 minutes to get our food. Other in-store customers seemed to be waiting just as long, but the staff didn't seem to care. A young boy asked the cashier for ketchup while we were waiting, and was told they do not have any ketchup... really? At least the fries were hot! I had problem with geolocation in my phone. I am located in NYC but my order was placed in Wisconsin. I called immediately to cancel my order - NOBODY picked up the phone! I called multiple times and it was business hours for this location. Thank you very much Service: 1

Got my breakfast mc griddles but wanted the poached eggs and they put the yellow folded ones on them went back in the restaurant told them about it they opened the wrappers in the kitchen threw out the folded eggs and put the poached eggs on them and gave them back to me with a smile but after you walk away from counter they should of threw out the sandwiches and remake them not what you call safe food bad manners never put food on table or in a clean kitchen not health code rules heath department should look into that Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Stopped in for one breakfast sandwich. There were a lot of people there. Especially in drive thru. So they basically ignored the people in the lobby. Those that were in the lobby were not happy. Orders getting messed up. The individuals that worked there did not speak English well. My sandwich was cold. Fries were over done. Waited probably 15 minutes for food and we were the only people in there. Service sucked! The employees spoke very poor English. Every single table was dirty.
