Guests can order tasty chicken and good sandwiches at this fast food. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, coffee is delicious. The only thing that disappoints when you come to McDonald's is accommodating employees. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. Hardly ever get all of my food. Stood inside one night for 15 minutes waiting to order. It was me and one other lady. I videoed the employees playing and thinking it was funny. Great place the order was correct and the service was fast absolutely no complaints on my end I'd say that compared to most, this McDonald's is doing an outstanding job and I appreciate that because it makes my "fast food" experience easier and therefore my day easier which is something I definitely needed today so thank you Ronald McD!! Manager was steadily complaining at/about his staff. Staff was dragging around. Ordered through the app to pickup inside so I could use restroom and soap dispenser was in pieces and water didn't work. Took about 5 minutes of standing at counter to get food and was never spoken to until the Mgr called out my order. Ordered one burger with onions and one without (again in the app) and both had onions. The WORST McDonald's ever. Usually McD's is a safe bet but the one in Kosciusko is definately a hard pass. This location has the best workers that were courteous since we walked in the door until we left out. The food was so fresh and delicious and the staff worked well together. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Thanks for making me not give up on McDonald's, although that means I'll have to stop at this location to eat!. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there after church and my husband ordered a milkshake. It was nothing but brown water. He was asked if he wanted his money back. He replied yes. The rude male manager said he couldn’t refund his money. He got smart with my husband. This McDonalds in Kosciusko ms needs a lot of help. Most of the workers are rude and unfriendly.
