Usually this is my go to McDonald's because it's close to my house but today I was utterly disappointed in there service. I had a curbside pickup because I was sick. No one came out to bring me my order and they had said they completed my order via the app, which means they dropped it off, obviously not true. After about 10 min of waiting I came inside to see my order on the counter. When I finally got my order the staff didn't think I spoke Spanish and were making fun in spanish because I had to come inside to get my order and they didn't have to come outside. Truly disappointed that they would have the audacity to behave that way. Service Take out

I don't really know how you can screw up McDonald's food , but this place certainly knows how. Burgers are normally inedible because they are so dry from sitting, and fries are usually not totally cooked. Even the Diet Coke seems syrupy. The automatic recorded greeting is annoying when they leave you waiting to order for 5 minutes. The auto answer is supposed to make the line move faster but the associates ignore it and go at their own pace. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ate there last night and then woke up this morning with food poisoning!! Thanks do much McDonald's. Learn to throw out old food and wash your damn hands! Also make sure at night you have someone in your stores that speaks English! They totally botched my order cause they couldn't understand me! I stopped using the app after the update that required you to comply with the new terms and conditions. If you look into what you are signing, you will see that you give up the right to sue the company if anything happens to you from eating their food. They are knowingly poisoning you with their food. I'm made my mobile order it took just a couple minutes to get there but it was cancelled by the manager But it took me too long to pick it up and all actuality I was in the store waiting in line ( at least she said she cancelled). So made another mobile order to then find out she didn't. I called 3 times after getting home and all 3 times I was hung up on. When I went down there she proceeded to tell me that I wasn't getting a refund , So expecting a second order after being told I wasn't getting refunded then told I wasn't getting any more food.. Absolutely terrible service. Stood at the counter for a literal 10/15 minutes before walking away. There was I counted 7 people in the kitchen doing nothing except for talking. This place needs better management. Dirty with food on every counter Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited 10 mins to order, another 10 for someone to come to the window. which was strange considering there was nobody else there. They took my order 2 more times at the window by different people. Forgot my ranch even though you’d think they would have it down after me repeating my order 3 times. soggy fries and worst nuggets ever.

This was the cleanest, nicest McDonald's I've been to in a long time! I'm not a frequent customer of any fast food establishments, but occasionally it's the easiest thing for us when the kids are in tow. In this case, we needed a restroom, so I hopped off the highway to this place. I was pleasantly surprised that the dining room was clean and orderly and the restroom was very modern and almost spotless! Nice work, and thank you, McDonald's! Atmosphere: 5

There has been a decline here in the last 4-5 weeks. The soda machine in the public area has dispensed less than satisfactory coke products (poor taste, under carbonated) for a number of weeks (and i have informed the counter several times). The hamburgers I've ordered last few weeks are always luke warm, and fries are very hit or miss. Today, I ordered hotcakes and sausage and several hasbrowns. The hotcakes and sausage seemed barely warmed, and the hash browns soggy and under-cooked. This used to be my favorite location, but something has gone awry here.
