Wouldn’t recommend trying the new sauce!!! i was disappointed it tasted like straight soy sauce. Also food was somewhat warm, employees are great and overall i love coming to this restaurant.

Very impolite.. I usually always have a great experience specifically at this McDonalds. However, the workers working at 10:00 PM on December, 21st 2023 should be better trained or let go. I don’t get upset because I’m a kind person. However, they missed an item on my order. I went back through and said “Hey there, I’m missing one my fries.” I was prompted with “whatever you can pull up to the window bro.” I said, thank you at the window and the guy looked so angry he had to hand me the food items I was missing.… I hope this can be resolved for future visits.

I go in and order two chicken sandwiches a fry and a tea. They are rude for one and then tell me it will be a 5 minute wait on chicken which turned out to be ten. I noticed the put my fry in a bag and just sat it on the counter and when the sandwiches were made they tried to give me the cold fries. I said I don't want those fries that have been sitting their. So then the guy gets mad and moves over to make a new fry and just tosses the bag on the counter and walks away. The tea was u sweetened and wrong. This mcdonalds sucks

You know those memes like “McDonald’s using the power of the ancient wizards to mess up your small order?” Yeah this is one of those McDonald’s. Firstly, my daughter wanted lemonade and they didn’t have lemonade. So instead I got her a root beer, a root beer for myself, and a coke for my fiancée. Then I got a 20pc nugget with fries. We waited over 10 minutes for the nuggets, the fries were soggy, and they only gave me the two root beers. When I said I also ordered Coke, the woman who gave us the food called me a damn liar.
I’m just passing through town trying to get home and grabbed a quick bite here, so I wasn’t gonna be coming back anyways, but this place is asinine. Poor customer service, won’t own up to order screw ups on their end, long wait times, and ridiculously high prices. Whoever owns and operates this franchise should be ashamed of themselves for letting it get this bad.

We live in the area and swing through the drive-thru every once in a while. Every time we stop we always receive excellent customer service and fresh food. No matter the time of day, the staff is always on point with everything. I don't usually care to write reviews unless I'm really happy about a place, and this particular McDonald's and its staff deserves a shout out!

I like McDonald's but don't go there a lot! Their prices have gotten quite high. But nice when they have specials or coupons which is rare. The food is usually hot, service fast depending and staff pleasant. The restaurant is clean. All McDonald's are not created equal, meaning service and cleanliness not the same at all locations! I can speak on this particular location as being pretty well run!

Thanks McDonald's for ripping off this lower income family, 17 dollars for 2 sandwiches and a breakfast meal. My kid couldn't eat his food because his bacon was completely uncooked and touching everything else in the meal, my wife's mcgriddle had nothing but bacon, and I asked just to substitute bacon on my egg McMuffin and big shocker it was Canadian bacon, what has happened to McDonald's.... America, we need to stop giving these people our money, they don't deserve it.

I go here a lot later at night and have never had an issue. Sometimes the wait is a little longer but I believe that's due to the slower customers ahead of me. The food is always fresh and the cashiers are always very friendly. I have also ordered food from here with GrubHub and it always arrives promptly with the correct way that I ordered it packaged neatly.
I finally ate inside and it was clean friendly and great
