This McDonald’s is usually pretty busy because it’s located at a truck stop off 80 but other than that I’ve always had a good experience here. Staff is always there to help unlike other McDonald’s where you are standing at the counter forever without your order taken at all. So yeah this place is cool and has good food!! I’m lovin it tho.

Used to be awesome, now it's just like the one in lock Haven. Gross. Everything has been sloppily thrown together and missing items the past couple of times I've gone there. It's more make sure you have a fork because the condiments and burger will be all over whatever wrapping or box they put it in. Today was like someone just mooshes my sandwiches together, half on the bun, half off, and mayonnaise everywhere. It was a very disgusting and disheartening experience this time. Gave it to the dogs after I removed the rabbit food, wasn't worth eating.

This is the third time in 2 months that we have ordered take out breakfast and the order was wrong. The order was given correctly, we were charged for our order and 2 times something was missing and today instead of an egg McMuffin we received a plain dry biscuit. When you get it home and sit down ready to enjoy breakfast, this is very irritating. I called the manager and she offered to take my name and give me another one free in the future, that didn’t really help not having one on my table right now to eat for breakfast. $4.29 for an egg sandwich, which you didn’t even receive, you may as well go to your local diner and pay $5.00 for a huge bagel breakfast sandwich, full of egg, meat and cheese and you know that you will get what you ordered and it will be delicious.
Fast food prices are ridiculous and the service is getting worse and worse.

We ordered in the drive thru a bundle pack for the hub and daughter to split. They still ended up fighting over the chicken nuggets anyways lol. Our order was correct, prompt and hot. I myself ordered a large chocolate shake (no whip) and 2 of the limited edition holiday pies. I then drove around so my daughter and I could go in and use the bathrooms. They were very clean and spacious with the exception of one stale that was so tiny I was beginning to feel like I was being punished for something. The Christmas tree was decorated with little French fry box’s. Full hand sanitizer by the doors was good to hit on the way out before eating our food.

Edit: just went back today to give these guys a second chance and i got no meat on either of my 2 burgers and didnt open them till i got home. Will not being going back. Original- Pull up to the drive thru at 11:02 the lunch menu was up so I proceeded to order a happy meal for my daughter. The girl stops me and says hold on let me see if we r serving lunch yet? So she finally takes our order we pay pull up to the second window. The guy gives us our drinks and tells us to please park in the one spot because they weren't ready for lunch yet and that our food would be right out. 20 mins later it comes out, I drive away start eating my fries they are cold and soggy. Not happy if I had to wait so long for them to be ready for lunch why does my food taste like it's been sitting for an hour.
We got 2 quarter pounder with cheese and these were the only ones I ever had that were greasy! They appeared to be old as the cheese was dry and cold. Unacceptable!! 3/6/24 the restaurant was understaffed and wait times were up. The quarter pounders were good but the fries were on the cool side. McDonald's has the best fries but only if they are hot.

Absolutely awful environment to work in. From what I understand since I left there is a new general manager, and the atmosphere has improved. In terms of everything else, food is sometimes skimpy and customer service is....mixed. (Sidney dear, if you're reading this you're doing great.) My family and I got mcflurries from there a couple of days ago, and there wasn't a lot of ice cream in the cups. Not worth the price.

Got a crispy chicken sandwich and small fries. It was disgusting chicken not crispy was overcooked and appeared to be sitting around for hours bun was overtoasted (burnt). Fries were nasty and appeared to have been sitting around for hours or from the day before. Both were not fresh and disgusting will not order again. At lunch time I expected a fresh hot meal and was greatly disappointed.
What is the purpose of the app when you have to wait 20 minutes to get an order terrible customer service
