I really try to be patient with this location, but they seem to always find a way to test that patience. Every time without fail when I am told to park and they will bring PART of my order when it’s done. I get that part. What I don’t understand is why I need to go in 10 to 15 minutes later while the part of the order I do have gets cold and remind them I’m waiting only to get attitude. The other location on Casa Grande HWY tends to offer much better service. I want to be clear there are some employees that appear to care and genuine. Walked in and ordered a Big Breakfast w Hotcakes. Took a second to get acquainted with the automated kiosk to order, but food was declared and I sat and ate a delicious breakfast! Great to see the quality of this McDonald's 👏! Have never been disappointed at the drive-thru and the dine-in experience was good as well. Keep it up! Proud to call myself a patron for years to come! I’m glad their ice cream machine wasn’t broken but sad their drive through line took forever! It was such a long line! It took forever! I don’t have another choice though because the other location has broken ice cream machines all the time. I hope they hurry up next time lol. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Might be the worst McDonald’s on the planet. Just had to back out of the drive thru because I literally waited 20 minutes and not a single car moved. It’s not in the greatest area either, employees need to figure it out, unbelievable. Couldn’t pay me $1,000 to come back to this janky place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Check out the new Filet-o-Fish sandwich that I got at this McDonald's. It's so exciting when u get home and open your bag...you never what's going to be in it. I recently made an order. They decided to mess up my order and claim that there wasn't an order under my name. It was a delivery BTW! I ordered 13 chocolate chip cookies and 3 large Hi Cs they only gave me 2 drinks and I never received those cookies. This isn't the first time they've been lazy. I have also ordered 20 chicken nuggets, and they have only given me 10. Whoever us working there needs to step it up. First and last time I'll be at this location. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and an ice tea. Burritos came out cold. Soda machine counter was disgusting. Something was blocking the drain, so there was standing brown water/goo with stuff floating in it. Trash all along the counter. Cup lids and straw holders were virtually empty. Bathroom was gross and unclean. This is at 7:00 on a Monday morning! Obviously nothing had been cleaned or stocked during the weekend. Staff obviously doesn't care. You're better off going somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
