Trying perfectly cooked fish and tasty lobster rolls is a pleasant experience here. Most guests recommend trying good ice cream. You will be offered great coffee or delicious lemonade. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, prices are democratic. I'm convinced they paid for the good reviews bc this is one of the worse McDonalds I've experienced. My order is usually wrong, the food is never fresh, and I received cold fries on multiple occasions. I mean it's a fast food restaurant. How long does it take to drop fries ?!! The LAZINESS is at an all time high !! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great staff! Clean dining room. Very friendly and helpful. Had a very nice young lady help my daughter and I place our orders at the kiosk. Another woman brought our food to the table with a smile. Another employee saw I was with my daughter and ask if he could fill my drink for me. When we were done the first woman we saw came by and asked to take our tray. Very professional. They have hired some good people. Updated 8-1-2023 Dine in and got an incomplete order. Went to register and waited 10 minutes. Ignored the whole time. Pathetic. Has gone downhill in the past 5 months! I'll wait 5 months before I try again. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great little McDonald’s that’s clean. Plus side is the covered outdoor patio - great when you have a dog and it’s raining that day. Wifi signal is strong outside as well so a big plus. Fast service with self order kiosks and a stone throw from Kittery Premium Outlets that open at 10am every day.

Waited at the 2nd drive thru window for 10 minutes and was finally given food. We quickly checked the contents of the bag to ensure we received what we ordered, since my friend has an allergy, and the worker proceeded to literally yell at me to move along because there was a line a mile long behind me due to their own slow service on a Saturday night. Separately, they had a homeless person literally roaming around their dining room, who had his large cart outside blocking the entrance, which is why I presume most people were going through the drive thru at that time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My sons go-to treat is a Saturday morning McDonald's breakfast sandwich. I use the app which makes it 2$ and he adds breakfast sauce. Easily the most OG underrated breakfast sandwich of any fast food establishment. We love the staff at our local kittery McDonald's. One night my husband forgot his wallet after getting to the window and they let us come back and pay later. The employees are so friendly at this location and anytime we've gone inside the place is very well kept and clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff gave me strawberry preserves instead of the new sweet and spicy sauce. They proceeded to tell me the sweet and spicy sauce was for breakfast only, after they gave me strawberry preserves to dip my nugs in. Called and they spoke over my husband on the phone and didn’t understand the problem. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
